Fabulous Hotel!
Pros:

A lovely, calm hotel situated in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the main square and surrounding areas. We booked late after our original accommodation was unsuitable and were very fortunate to get two rooms.
The beds were comfortable, it was immaculately clean and the AC was amazing! The reception staff were helpful and professional, there was free water jugs and fruit in reception too.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when in Krakow.

نظيف ورهيب مره الصدق بعيد عن السنتر 15 دقيقه مشي . السرير الثاني كان فوق في السقف تضغطه بزر وينزل

Hotel molto bello,confortevole e pulito la camera spaziosa e ben arredata ciabatte e mascherina per occhi molto gradite,come Italiana ovviamente non trovare un bidet è stato poco piacevole ma si sa che all'estero è così.
Colazione fantantastica con prodotti freschi e di qualità sia dolce che salata.

Cons:

Tutto perfetto,magari un sorriso in più da parte dello staff avrebbe fatto piacere ma immagino dipenda molto dal loro carattere sicuramente meno espansivo del nostro.

Mój pobyt w Hotelu Golden Queen w Krakowie był bardzo udany. Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. Pokój był przestronny, czysty, komfortowy i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Śniadania były pyszne, różnorodne i świeże – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
Ogromnym atutem hotelu jest również jego świetna lokalizacja oraz spokojne i zadbane otoczenie. Obsługa była bardzo miła, profesjonalna i pomocna przez cały pobyt.
Z czystym sumieniem polecam Hotel Golden Queen każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego miejsca na pobyt w Krakowie. Z przyjemnością tu wrócę.
