No me hospede en este hotel debido a que cancelaron mi reserva el.mismo día de la llegada con un requerimiento de pago el cual se podía hacer, lamentablemente me.wnconyrana de viaje y era muy complicado, poco sentido de servicio al cliente.

Pros:

Excelente, mi familia la paso excelente, estuvimos 3 noches mis hijas disfrutaron la piscina la comida, el personal del restaurante excelente nos consintieron mucho.

Sobretodo la atención, muy pulcro, atento y siempre preocupado por nuestro bienestar durante la estancia.
Nos gustó mucho la piscina, los cuartos limpios y muy cómodos.
En general fueron unas vacaciones increíbles gracias a este hotel.

Pros:

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y siempre presto a solucionar las necesidades. Todos muy jovenes con mucha energia para trabajar.

Cons:

Varias cosas: 1. El ventilador producia mucho ruido, 2. lo de la vista a las montañas, no es tan real..ya que la ventana es muy pequeña y muy alta, 3. la piscina es muy pequeña, 4. habia mugre debajo de la cama y sofa
