Muy bien
Pros:

Estaba cerca del centro. El personal muy amable y servicial.
Al hotel no le falta detalle.
Está cerca de la universidad y hay mucho personal de seguridad por los alrededores.

Cons:

Al lado hay un local que ponen música y se oye mucho en el hotel. Con unos tapones de los oídos se soluciona.
Pasamos un poco de frío porque nos tocó una habitación muy grande e imagino que no estaba bien aislada.

Foi boa, mas fui surpreendido, pois não fechei o valor com café da manhã e ao pagar, não me surpreendeu

Common spaces are nice and staff is friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

For our room (most seemed the same) 1 wall is just windows that face into the hotel meaning there is no view at all and no privacy unless you drop the blinds (even then there are still gaps in the blinds so people can see into your room as they walk past)

No ventilation in the room and no windows you can open.

There was a gap between window and wall that I could fit my fist through, that is just open.

Space is small and not very clean, especially the shower.

Since the common areas are so nicely decorated, we were very disappointed to see the room is not of the same level and felt a bit misled by the pictures.

Hotel mal insonorisé, chambres sans fenetres.
Pros:

Le prix est assez bas.

Cons:

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. La chambre pour la première nuit était à coté de la réception, on entend toutes les conversations... L'hotel a fournit une autre chambre pour la seconde nuit, mais les bruits dans l'hotel sont toujours trés présents.
Les chambres fournies n'ont pas de fenetre.
On est parti au bout de 2 nuits au lieu des 6 prévus, sans remboursement.

Spazi comuni molto curati e complessivamente buona posizione
Pros:

La struttura è complessivamente curata e carina, gli interni molto tipici in linea con lo stile della città
Letto comodo e personale gentile
Posizione comoda perchè a piedi in 15 min si raggiunge il centro e vicinissimi alla stazione di salita al Monserratte
Colazione ottima con possibilità di servizio di take away in caso di early check out

Cons:

Il bagno era veramente minuscolo con un lavandino grande quanto una tazza da te
Seppure la posizione non si male la sera serve comunque prestare attenzione essendo situato in una via abbastanza buia e poco frequentata di notte
Camera poco insonorizzata, alle prime luci del giorno si sente molto rumore
Il personale propone escursioni (es. cattedrale del sale, Zipaquirá, ...) noi ci siamo fidati, l'autista era un po' particolare abbastanza spericolato e la sua macchina un po' scassata tanto che non aveva lo specchietto retrovisore, ci aspettavamo un trattamento diverso dal momento che ci avevano promesso un transfer+tour privato ad una cifra abbastanza importante (500mila COP). Alla fine, è andato tutto bene peccato che abbia sbagliato destinazione e ci ha portati alla Miniera di Sale di Nemocón. Bellissima assolutamente, ma c'è stata qualche incomprensione. Suggerirei per questo di organizzare tour utilizzando altri canali

Pros:

We stayed for two nights. The staff is very kind and the breakfast was very good. The apartment was clean and tidy and it's located close to downtown, about 15min walking, in a safe area.
