A localização e os funcionários.

Cons:

Achei um pouco frio, a água do chuveiro era bem fraca e demorava pra esquentar, o aquecedor do quarto tava quebrado, o café da manhã é bem básico. Te oferecem 4 opções e vc tem que escolher uma delas um dia antes. Pedi o numero 2, que vinha um ovo cozido, dois pedaços de uma pão de forma cortado ao meio, uma xícara de cafe com leite e um pratinho com uns pedaços de maça e mamão.

Cons:

Me cancelaron la reservación unilateralmente sin esperar una respuesta de mi parte. Yo crei que teniendo la reservacion por Booking era suficiente y cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que me habían cancelado la reservación y me tocó buscar otro hotel a ultima hora

Estuvimos alojados al inicio y final de nuestro viaje por Colombia
En general el personal muy atento y la ubicación está bastante bien. A las afueras del barrio de la candelaria, pero la zona es tranquila, por lo que por la noche se puede descansar.
El desayuno es correcto, aunque a veces, si coincidían varias mesas, tardaban un poco en atendernos.

Cons:

A modo de sugerencia, solo por los tiempos del desayuno, deberían intentar agilizarlo cuando tienen todas las habitaciones ocupadas y coinciden los hospedados a la hora de desayunar.
El ultimo día, que posiblemente el hotel estuviese completo, coincidimos prácticamente todos y estuvimos más de una hora esperando. Menos mal que no teníamos prisa en ese momento.

Prima locatie. Sanitair heeft upgrade nodig.
Pros:

Goede locatie. Op loopafstand van de kabelbaan en de oude wijk. Wel wat aanmerkingen.

Cons:

We hadden een superior kamer maar de 2e dag geen water uit de kraan. Dat zou je toch wel mogen verwachten. Een oplossing is niet geboden. We hebben ons gered met de douche kraan.
Het is sowieso geen superior badkamer; verouderd.

El desayuno excelente y abundante.

Cons:

Que estaba un poco lejos del centro. Durante el dia todo bien pero a la noche no daba para volver caminando ya que viaje sola y varias personas me aconcejaron que no caminara sola de noche. El resto excelente. Volvere si estoy en Bogota nu
