Personnel très souriant et prêt à rendre service.
Lits grands et confortables
Plutôt bien placé, avec plein de petits restaurants pour les étudiants de la faculté à côté et à proximité du centre.

Cons:

Difficile d'avoir de l'eau chaude: si vous mettez la pression, l'eau est glaciale. Il faut choisir entre chaleur et pression.
Pratiquement pas de rangements.
Petit déjeuner assez restreint (des oeufs, quelques morceaux de pain, quelques morceaux de fruits).
Pas de fenêtre, mais une mini baie vitrée, qu'on ne peut pas occulter

Low budget, zeker geen 4 sterren.
Pros:

Het vriendelijke personeel. Ontbijt was heerlijk. maar helaas was het ‘s ochtends 10 graden. Dus ook in de ontbijtzaal.

Cons:

Er waren twee badkamers. Waarvan één douche koud water bleef geven en er was een nare penetrante rioollucht. Het was absoluut geen 4 sterren. Ik zou hier eerder 1 ster aangeven.

Great stay!
Pros:

Nice building very close to points of interest, you can walk to Candelaria in about 15 minutes. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of options which you choose the night before via WhatsApp which is handy and the staff were super friendly. The room itself was really clean and also had a heater for when it got a bit chilly in the evenings. The decor in the reception and dining room areas was really nice! The beds were really comfy and the shower pressure was great. Our room didn’t have a window to the outside, but it did open out to the corridor leading to the airy reception area which we found was perfectly fine for air flow in the room.

Cons:

I think that there could be more amenities available like a hairdryer or water in the room on arrival.

A recepção não é 24h, e durante a madrugada pessoas chegavam e tocavam a campainha pois a porta estava fechada, eu estava em um quarto perto da entrada e acordei algumas vezes com o barulho

Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Desayuno básico pero mejor y mas sabroso que en otros hoteles. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas despues del check out. Muy cerca del barrio de La Candelaria y de la subida a Montserrate.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son sin ventanas al exterior, por lo que la luz entra por la puerta, que es acristalada. Todas dan a los pasillos de la casa, por lo que no hay intimidad salvo que bajes las persianas por lo que debes estar con luz eléctrica dando sensación continua de noche. Habitacion de 2 muy justa, poco espacio. En un principio me iban a cobrar el IVA, ante mi insistencia de que los extranjeros no lo pagamos y despues de un buen rato me dieron la razón y pidieron disculpas.

Breve pero recomendable estancia de una noche

Muy amable el personal, cómodas las camas y muy buena relación calidad precio, con un desayuno rico y abundante. La ubicación es muy conveniente para pasear por La Candelaria.

Mención especial al compañero de recepción que nos esperó después de las 23 a que llegáramos a hacer el check in tras diversas dificultades. Muy amable y disponible para todo. Un 10.

Prima hotel, leuke inrichting en heerlijke bedden! Vlakbij Montserat en mooie Candalaria. Ligt in universiteits buurt.

Cons:

Kamers wat gehorig. In de avond een wat grimmige verlaten sfeer buiten ondanks constante beveiliging op straat. Maar dit heb je snel in Bogota.
