Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Repeated praise for cleanliness and 'instalaciones impecables' across multiple reviews; several guests explicitly highlight good housekeeping.
Service
9.4
Numerous mentions of very friendly, attentive staff (Ingrid, Andrés and others); guests felt safe and well attended, often calling service excellent.
Location
9.2
Multiple reviews note a very central or perfect location for itineraries and south-of-city access; location is consistently praised.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms described as comfortable and well equipped (blackout, 4K TV), but several complaints about very hard pillows and isolated notes about bed/humidity odor and occasional works.
Amenities
8
Good in-room tech (motorized blackout, AC, 4K TV) and parking praised, but some negatives: fridge never worked for one guest and parking exit door/automation was an issue.
Value for Money
9
Multiple guests explicitly praise relation quality-price and reasonable rates/inclusions (breakfast, service hours); a single mention of price as a con is isolated.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly described as delicious, varied and a highlight; minor remarks about cup size and one 'normal' breakfast comment but overall very positive.
Overall Experience
9.1
Overall sentiment is very positive with many 'Excelente' and 'recomendado' mentions; isolated minor issues do not outweigh generally excellent guest experiences.

Ideal für eine Übernachtung zwischen 2 Flügen
Pros:
