La mejor ubicación, tranquilidad y descanso en el centro de la ciudad

Excelente ubicación, muy buenos anfitriones, la habitación muy confortable, muy recomendado. A pesar de la ubicación, muy tranquilo y sereno. Está lleno de arte, historia y plantas.

El trato amable del personal y la ubicación inmejorable de Casa Tsao en el corazón del centro histórico de Bogotá, sin duda alguna fue la mejor opción que pude encontrar y volveré a hospedarme aquí cuando regrese a la ciudad.

Fantastic location and value
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the building is beautiful, especially the two rooftop patios, and the rooms are a great value for the location in la candelaria and having a private bathroom. I loved that there were recycling, compost, and trash stations easily accessible throughout the building, and there was access to a fridge, kitchen, and fruit.

Cons:

This does not reflect on the hostel, but there were guests around my room that had very little/no consideration of others in how loud they were late at night and early in the morning talking in the hallway, slamming doors, etc. Maybe staff can explicitly ask people to close doors carefully so they don't slam, especially late at night and early in the morning.

El agua de la ducha no salía lo suficientemente caliente. Hay cero aislación de sonido, se escucha todo lo que hablan en el pasillo.

Personal muy amable. Excelente desayuno abundante con frutas frescas. Lugar agradable. El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotos. Posibilidad de dejar las maletas después del check-out.

Cons:

Hay un tragaluz que deja entrar la luz muy temprano... Pedimos poner una alfombra encima y fue mucho mejor.
