The hotel is beautiful and located right in the middle of the old town. Even with the central location, it is quiet and peaceful.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to visit again!
Parking is in a nearby lot. On Thursday you must move your car for a local market for part of the day. However, the hotel staff is very helpful in finding other parking and we didn't find this to be a major problem.
La posizione centralissima e hotel molto bello
Ein sehr schönes Boutique Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt von Rethymnon. Es war sehr ruhig Nachts und zu den Restaurants und Bars nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Zum Strand sind es 10 min zu Fuß. Aber damit konnten wir leben.

The sofa that opens into a bed was not very comfortable and was skeeking quite a lot
Hôtel situé dans la "vieille ville", il faut donc garer sa voiture dans le parking public proche, mais le coût est pris en charge par l'hôtel. Chambre très bien aménagée et décorée avec goût, très confortable ; un peu sombre car en rez-de-chaussée.

L'organisation du petit déjeuner : salle où sont proposés les produits très petite, et salles pour consommer un peu bruyantes car beaucoup de clients dans l'hôtel
Hotel bellissimo in pieno centro storico con parcheggio vicino convenzionato. Ottima la colazione, belle le stanze, staff gentile e accogliente. Davvero da tornarci e sicuramente per più tempo.

Emplacement et atouts :
L’hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de la vieille ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Le lieu est atypique et plein de charme. J’ai apprécié le mini patio avec table et chaises, la petite piscine pour se rafraîchir, ainsi que les « heures calmes ». Le petit-déjeuner est complet, sucré comme salé. L’envoi d’une vidéo pour accéder à l’hôtel et à la chambre en arrivant tard est aussi une très bonne attention.
La chambre était trop petite, trop de mobilier, au point de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir nos 2 grosses valises. La décoration est vieillissante et certains éléments sont abîmés. (Housses de coussins déchirés, penderie avec gros accros…) La salle de bain présente des traces de moisissure et beaucoup de fourmis. La porte vitrée entre la salle de bain et la chambre laisse passer la lumière la nuit. Le ménage était proposé trop tôt, vers 10h30, ce qui était gênant chaque jour. Le soir, le parc voisin avec jeux pour enfants peut être très bruyant.
Grosse déception concernant le parking annoncé comme inclus : il s’agit en réalité d’un parking public, sans place réservée, souvent complet. En plus, il devient inaccessible le jeudi à partir de minuit, ce qui nous a obligés a déplacer notre véhicule tard et à payer un autre parking non prévu. De plus la procédure avec le départ du parking était erroné puisque nous avons attendu en vain l’employé du parking qui n’était pas présent ce qui nous a obligé à attendre en vain!

Edificio muy bien renovado ubicado muy cerca de los restaurantes y sitios de interés. Las habitaciones son cómodas y confortables. Los baños están muy bien decorados. Es mucho más bonito que en las fotos. El desayuno es muy bueno, con comida griega y gran variedad. Nos hubiera gustado estar más días.

Struttura molto bella in palazzo d’epoca ristrutturato. Staff cordiale. Camera molto bella e spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort. Posizione centralissima. Colazione ottima.
Struttura nella zona pedonale, a 5 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio consigliato (in convenzione).

Wil je een fijn verblijf in Rethymnon, dan ben jij hier echt goed. Heel dicht bij de gezellige stad en toch zo heerlijk afgelegen. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf.
Personeel was echt lief en bereid om je te helpen met alles.
