Easy, uncomfortable, close to the port.
Pros:

Very convenient location, between the port and the marina. It was an easy walk from the port to the hotel. The first room we got smelled like smoke, but they quickly gave us a new room, and said we could have complementary items from the mini bar in the room. The staff was very polite and called a taxi for us. The lobby and the rooms were well done and clean.

Cons:

Everything was great besides the initial cigarette smoke smell in the first room we got.

Gutes Hotel für Hafenreisende
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Personal, welches freundlich und kompetent ist. Gute Lage, ideal, wenn man mit der Fähre geht oder kommt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hatteb wir die Klimaanlage an, welche aber sehr laut und zudem noch unheimlich hell war. Wir haben deswegen schlecht geschlafen.
Leider ging in der Nacht zudem der Feueralarm los wegen dem Dusch Dampf eines anderen Gastes. Es ging lange, bis sie ihn ausgeschaltet hatten.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel is right by the port which is what we were looking for as we had a ferry to catch early the next morning. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had limited options.

Cons:

This hotel could rate much higher. There's quite a marks and scuffs on the walls in the passage and our room although great had a big curled end on the carpet at the end of bed which made the same room feel a cheap. These issues can be easily fixed

Excellent for one night in Pireaus before taking the ferry.
Pros:

Perfectly located for a peaceful night before taking a ferry to the Greek Islands. Walking distance from bus from airport or metro or train. Very friendly staff. We will use this place again if we need to stay over in Pireaus.
