Clean, functional bolt-hole

It was a hot days, and they had the air conditioning on ready for us.
It was spotlessly clean.
Tea, coffee available.
Everything you need for a sleepover.

The night time staff were amazing, very professional and welcoming.

Cons:

The assistant manager in the morning, was very rude and disrespectful and had a serious attitude, accused me of lying about an unwanted guest in our room, even after showing pictures and videos, which made us have to move rooms 3 times! Like I wanted to do that for the sake of it at gone midnight.
Luckily the actual manager was there to deal with the situation appropriately and professionally.
I hope the assistant manager receives the correct training in how to appropriately and respectfully deal with customers in the future, the other staff members couldn't be faulted.
The bedrooms weren't extremely clean.
I wouldnt recommend anyone wasting there time and money.
