Dreadful member of staff, rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. Noisy and overpowering strong odour of canibis and cigar
Pros:

Very dirty and noisy. Many men stood outside the main entrance smoking cannabis. The staff member on duty on the desk was stood smoking when we arrived talking to a man that was clearly smoking cannabis due to the pungent smell.

Cons:

It was extremely noisy throughout the night. Strong smells of cannabis and cigarettes being smoked within the building. Staff member was never on the desk, due to smoking outside. When we did book in he was rude and unwelcoming.

A first rate service station hotel
Pros:

Great location with nice outdoor space and a little lake at the back. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spotless with a comfy bed.

Cons:

I have no complaints at all.

Unpleasant and glad only 1 night.
Pros:

Too small, not very comfortable and the toilet smelt really bad. I would not stay in an Ibis budget again.

Pros:

Room ok, next to services fine
Looked ok

Cons:

No kettle in the room
No drink or facilities
Showing next to my bed, same room, basin next to bed so I can wash my hands while I sleep
Also very complicated to find it hidden in the services. Need a treasure map to get through the services

Pros:

Easy to get to from M40

Cons:

The shower and toilet arrangement was too cramped and not very comfortable to use. Room was too cramped as well, very basic but price more than we pay for at premier inn or IHG which both have superior rooms and a breakfast included.
