Disappointing
Pros:

Was close to the sea front

Cons:

Staff guy was ok but only did things when necessary.
Family room we were given was dirty, grease marks on the walls. Spills on the wall. Dirty bedding. Dirty floor. Cramped room. No hanging space or room for cases.
Were split into 2 other rooms cos we complained. First room was ok. Needed cleaning better but an improvement on the family room.
Second room was cleaner on the walls and floor but found bedbugs in the bed. Didnt sleep in there all night. Ended up sat in foyer waiting for staff. No contact number to call except the one on booking.com and that cancelled off. Other number on the door just rang with no answer.

The location was excellent price was fantastic you even get a complimentary continental breakfast buffet then staff are friendly and helpful if you're on a budget don't look no farther than here fantastic for the money

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay, being just me and my daughter (age 9) with 2 suitcases and 2 large bags, best staff member Singh was brilliant, very helpful, polite and was happy to help with anything, made us feel at home. Thank you and a extra thank you to Singh for helping us with our luggage and any problems we had. :)

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with any aspect of my stay. It is impossible to get proper rest on such an uncomfortable bed. The bathtub has no shower, making it very difficult to wash properly. There was also a stale, musty smell throughout the property. During the night, a man was punching the walls and slamming doors. In the car park, he also broke the mirrors of a car. This was a very unpleasant and disturbing

Pros:

We did not stay as wasn't disability assecible for our needs .
The room was small, rundown ,bed low to floor and not assecible from both sides as up to the wall.
The hotel advertisement was not a true reflection and we did not stay we had to find another hotel .
Nothing we liked!

Close to all amieitys.stop there before at on a few accasions

Cons:

Someone in the hotel was thretened me cicked a tabel over and called me rasist.bloke on bar did nothing.the room spelt of fogs.im a none smoker so I could smell it.

Cons:

There were cockcroaches on the carpet in the room and spider in the bathtub. We were scared to sleep on the bed in case there was bed bugs in the mattress. So instead we slept on top of the blankets and were cold in the middle of the night. Hardly slept that night. The breakfast was very disappointing.
