Cons:

No hot breakfast only Continental, but it was very nice and a lot on offer serve yourself.
Shower took time to warm up

Bit disappointed with my room it had many defects like a ripped and holed carpet a broken window
Pros:

Breakfast was a continental style consisting of toast jams. Yogurt cereal juices apples bananas croissants and brioche tea coffee

Cons:

Several things did not function the toilet was very poor at flushing and took many minutes to to refill the shower tray was almost blocked and the hot water was cold for 2 days of my stay too cold to shower

Basic no frills value for money
Pros:

Basic and clean although some areas (shower) dated
Only there one night so didn't mind Basic continental breakfast No frills (cheee or meats) and only banana fruit choice Not expensive so didn't expect frills

Bed uncomfortable, toilet made a noise for 10 minutes after flushing, other guests playing loud music and arguing, breakfast shameful didn't notice untill too late brown toast had mould on.

Will not be staying again
Pros:

The locating was great but that’s about all that was good

Cons:

The room was disgustingly the bed was on a slant so bad I had to ask to move rooms because my feet were far higher than our head but if we switched ends we couldn’t see the telly which confidently wasn’t too much of a problem because it didn’t work, the toilet made such an awful noise that we couldn’t stay in add that to the dripping tap it was too much, we then got put into another room that was equally as dirty, the fridge in there was disgusting and when we walked into the bathroom the floor was terrible there was broken floor boards I bet the link then the breakfast was terrible none of it was worth the money and if I could have found any staff when I left o would have asked for a refund but there was no one to speak to on the way out

Pros:

Close to the town centre

Cons:

We booked a double room as the wife and I were seeing a show in Skegness.
We were shown to our room but the guy in reception, which was downstairs, the room was a twin room!, room had a strong smell of urine, the shower was absolutely filthy.
There was also blood on the wall.
We both decided not to stay, so we watched the show and drove home, we did not want to stay in the room due to the smell and how dirty it was.
