Lovely people, great location.
Pros:

Great location. Very pet friendly, lovely owners.

Cons:

Probably not suitable as a 2 bed apartment, sofa bed very uncomfortable. A twin bed option would be much easier and nicer. Noise from the road as we had a room right on it.

struttura tranquilla, con camere abbastanza ampie ma da rivedere a livello di mobilia. Il bagno è moderno e di buone dimensioni.
Pulizia delle camere accettabile. La colazione va ordinata via whatsapp la sera prima e può essere consegnata in camera.

Cons:

Come in molti hotel inglesi, non c'è l'aria condizionata e in caso di temperature elevate, l'unico aiuto è un piccolo ventilatore da tavolo. Alcune camere sono al piano terra e si affacciano su parcheggi delle case confinanti e sulla strada, quindi non è possibile tenere le finestre aperte. Su queste camere la privacy è molto limitata. Essendo una guest house la reception verso le 19 chiude.

Very convenient check in. Clean. Nice decor. Very comfortable bed. Great to have the on site cafe. I know it will be closing, will there still be breakfast for guest staying?
