El poco espacio y la poca limpieza
The location was excellent and room was nice for the price. The daily housekeeping was good. The day we checked in the lift was broken luckily only had to go down 1 flight however the manager was already addressing the issue and had it fixed by the time we left later that evening which was excellent.
The staff was not the most welcoming or friendly. One night our housekeeper did forget to leave any towels. After returning from a extremely long day walking g the city when going to shower I noticed and had to go to front desk as there is no phone in the room to call. Upon going up not even an apology ..one went to get me towels while tge other guy laughed like it was funny. I wasnt amused and actually went from being inconvenienced to upset because of his attitude. Still no apology even.
The hotel was a short walk from paddington station and was surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. The staff were wonderful and very helpful whenever we needed anything, we can’t praise them enough.
The shower wasn’t the best sadly but still did the job. You could also hear trains going by which is to be expected given the station that is close by, however we weren’t made aware of how loud they would be until we arrived at the property.
Location was excellent. Hotel was clean and serviceable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning was a welcome asset.
Very small room. Only really suitable for one person. Double bed very close to the window making it difficult to get in and out of that side of the bed. The room needed a chair for sitting on but there was no obvious space for one.
La ubicación ha sido muy buena, cerca de la estación de Paddington y de Hyde Park. Una zona tranquila y bonita, con supermercados y restaurantes cerca.
La habitación es muy pequeña, no es apta para 2 personas, la ducha es pequeña incluso para 1 persona, y el lavabo está a los pies de la cama ya que en el baño no hay espacio, muy difícil organizar el equipaje dentro. Además nos dieron la habitación en la planta baja y se nota muchísimo la vibración del metro, solo para unas 4 horas durante la noche, por lo que a las 5 de mañana te despierta y pasa cada pocos minutos, esto ha sido muy incómodo. En cuanto a las instalaciones, aunque la ventana esté cerrada, se cuela el aire de fuera en la habitación y por la noche entra frío, incluso en agosto, debe ser muy desagradable en invierno.

I was in room 4 on the lower level. The room itself was good. Clean. Comfortable bed. Small but decent shower. Friendly staff.
It felt like the trains were in my room. The bed shook, the hangers rattled in the cupboard, the bathroom fixtures vibrated. Impossible to sleep before 11.30pm, and the trains wake you at 6.40. The staff were lovely. It’s such a pity. I do business in the area but this won’t be the hotel I choose again due to not being able to sleep.

החדרים היו נוראיים, אי אפשר לזוז בהם ואין מקום אפילו לזוג לעבור אחד ליד השני, לא היה איפה לשים את המזוודה, כדי לפתוח אותה היינו צריכים לשים אותה על המיטה. המיטה היתה קטנה מאוד, ממש לא מיטה זוגית, לא ברוחב וגם לא באורך. החדר אמבטיה כל כך קטן שהכיור נמצא בחוץ. דלת חדר האמבטיה לא נסגרה וגם לא דלת המקלחון. אחרי שהתלוננו סידרו רק את המקלחון . היה בלתי אפשרי לשהות סתם בחדר
