Good stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and the room was spacious. The room also came with a fridge, toiletries and minor refreshments.

Cons:

I didn't find the beds that comfortable and the room was showing signs of ware. Such as holes in the curtains, carpet and tiles chipped away. The bathroom door was frosted and didn't shut fully so it felt awkward using it with family around.

Pros:

Esta muy bien comunicado, es una zona tranquila. En cuanto al hotel esta limpio y el personal es amable. Incluso nos dejaron entrar antes previa petición, cosa de agradecer ya que veniamos cansados.

Cons:

Se notan las vibraciones de los trenes pero no es algo que sea por la noche asi que no nos afectó. Tambien hay que añadir que nos tocó la cuarta planta.

Ok for the price
Pros:

Room was very clean, bedding and towels excellent.

Cons:

The space between the bottom of the bed and the ledge where the tv was situated was very very narrow. I knocked the small of my back more than once on the horizontal ledge. The toilet seat had a crack on the right hand side. The "table" was in a bad state and needed replacing. Worn and chipped around the edges, marked on the surface and wobbly. The light switch operated all the electrics except for lights either side of bed. Very annoying to have all on at once eg when using basin area. Basin yellowed and dingy - needs replacing. Minimum milk, sugar, tea and coffee supplied. Had to ask for shower wash to be refilled. Disappointed with the size of room.

Great location and good service
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to Paddington station. Great service and was very accommodating to our requests.

Cons:

The bedsheets had some old stains on them and pillows had a weird smell to it.
