Het is netjes en vlakbij het station en restaurants, toch rustig gelegen. Vriendelijke receptioniste!
Ik had voor mijn dochter en mij een 2-persoons kamer geboekt maar de kleine. We hebben niet veel ruimte nodig maar ik wist niet dat de kamer dan zo klein is dat je niet eens om het bed heen kunt lopen. Ik moest over mijn dochter heen kruipen om uit bed te kunnen komen. Mijn inziens niet geschikt voor 2 volwassenen.
Toen ik dit aangaf bij de receptioniste is ze meteen gaan kijken voor een ruimere kamer en deze kon ik voor een klein bedrag extra omboeken, top service! 👍🏻

Close to Paddington station
Old Blood stains on mattress cover , sink in room not in shower room, wake up in morning to some tramps/rough sleepers in the park opposite urinating against a tree opposite our bedroom window, plus a rough sleepers in tents opposite getting dressed.
Noise from under ground trains, noise from people shouting in the early hours in the park opposite. Probably from the same rough sleepers.
Le personnel est à l’écoute, bienveillant et aimable. Merci à la dame de ce matin et le monsieur d’hier soir! Ils ont su trouver une solution à mon problème. L’hôtel est à proximité de la gare de Paddington. Je reviendrai, merci!

Bathroom door is frosted glass with gaps between door and door frame, low shower pressure and shower water temperature inconsistent.
Well presented room, comfortable bed, aircon.
Underground train noise until 12.30am & after 5.30am. Would not recommend, poor for price.

Difficult to control room climate, no bottled/drinking water in room, unable to decide what a printed invoice was or grasp the concept a VAT invoice is needed at checkout for a business customer, both members of staff seemed reluctant to interact- perhaps due to many unhappy customers- who knows. Price too high especially with no breakfast on offer.
