Fire alarm went off THREE TIMES during the night. No advice given. When Reception finally answered the phone we were told we had probably been smoking in our room! We were fast asleep (needing to catch a 6am flight) and are adamant non-smokers.
Decent value and better than some of the independent Gatwick hotels
Location it's hard to get to by pulic bus not walking friendly, stop on dual carriageway.
Very comfortable quiet room. Friendly staff. Good restaurant, bar. Cool decor. Easy shuffle bus to Gatwick
The breakfast was fine. The location was fine .Couldn’t find the shuttle stop when I arrived at Gatwick and had to take an uber. But it was great to be able to get the shuttle back to Gatwick the next day.
The room was soundproof so great for sleeping and I liked the fact that check out was at 12.00
No Signs at Gatwick about the shuttle stop.
No Sign in room to say it took about 10 minutes of running the shower before I got hot water.

In the evening I waited for about half an hour for my food, it was clear that my order was forgotten. I had to remind the staff which was a bit annoying.

I would like to appreciate your front desk staff, who was on morning duties on 26th April. He was very helpful throughout my stay and the reason I renewed and stayed there throughout my vacation. And the catering staff as well.
Cleanliness of the room throughout my stay. The room was only cleaned twice throughout my 12 days stay and this was unacceptable. Items in the toilet ran out with no replacements and the trash cans were always overflowing. Even after notifying front desk and the cleaners.
The lighting as well. We couldn’t see properly with the lights.
