Location and pretty good restaurant!
Noisy guests upstairs wouldn’t stop making noise until five in the morning!
Very convenient with choice of taxi or bus service to the airport. Nice bar and restaurant area though does get very busy.

Missed the fact parking was extra when I initially booked. Bed was a little too hard for my comfort. Air-conditioning decided to kick in part way through the night.

The breakfast has been the same for the whole year. To much processed food. Some real cheese and local produce will make a huge difference.
The location is convenient with a £5 terminal shuttle bus offering contactless fare payment. The soundproofing of the rooms is excellent - I could barely hear the nearby planes and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The hidden mini fridge in the room was a nice bonus. Overall excellent value for money and decent comfort.
The climate control in the room was centralised so I couldn't adjust the air-conditioning on my room's thermostat for myself.
Clean, tidy, modern, room and bathroom. Brilliant for an overnight stay at the airport.
Maybe the bar/restaurant was a bit lacking in atmosphere but for the price etc it was fine.
The room was comfy, so sleep came easily. The tv allowed you to screen cast Netflix and Disney + from your phone, so that was a nice addition. Checking in was easy with the kiosks on the side, although the pencil provided to write the room number didn't work with the material the paper was made of. The bus service was easy to use, with the hotel texting directions through booking.com. Location wise, it was easy to get to the airport, which was the main reason for booking. The shower was clean, although the smaller head had been left angled, so when turning on the shower to preheat, both myself and the floor ended up drenched, so do look out for that.
The option to go down and order food to be delivered to your room at a designated time was a nice touch, although I ended up eating in the resturanunt.
While the bedding and towels were clean and well made, the floor was not. It didn't appear to have been mopped, or swept, or hoovered, as there was a lot of particles and dirt that was very visible and became attached to socks when walking around. The rooms are not very sound-proof, although this could have been due to the door that connected my room to my neighbours, as I could hear everything they said and watched.
The food wasn't marvellous either. I found the service slow, although that could have been because I went for dinner as soon as the restaurant opened.
Getting to my room was a challenge. I was on the top floor, so used the lift, only to find that you then have to lug your suitcase up some steps and then down more steps, which was inconvenient as I had a heavy bag.
