Good airport hotel
Pros:

Nice & relaxing hotel with nice bar & restaurant. Shuttle for airport was spot on !

Cons:

Surprised that the bar didn’t serve a British beer on tap ! So much for promoting the country.

Both my son and I enjoyed oir stay there.

Very nice staff and nice hotel environment for, very quiet too.

Cons:

The staff need to dust some particular areas better. The top of the headboard was quite dusty. They need to pay more attention to cleaning such .

Glad it’s over phew!
Pros:

There was one staff at the reception she was really nice and was patient always ready to help.

Cons:

The air conditioning in my room was faulty throughout my stay. I reported the issue to reception several times. On one occasion, a member of staff was able to temporarily fix it, but by the following day it had stopped working properly again. I reported it more times, but unfortunately no further assistance was provided.

It was extremely frustrating to have the air conditioning constantly switch off during the night, and it would also make loud noises unexpectedly, which repeatedly woke me up. This significantly affected my sleep and overall comfort during my stay.

I would have expected the issue to be properly resolved after raising it multiple times. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up was disappointing.
