The beds are huge and comfortable, breakfast was good, made use of the gym which was a bonus, very good prices. A short jump on the hotel shuttle from the terminals. Great hotel, will definitely use again 😁

Breakfast was mega overpriced so we didn't take it - and from what I saw, this was a good decision. Room was way too hot and stuffy during the night. For an airport hotel, wasn't set up for travellers arriving from intercontinental flights through the night - bar closed at 11pm which you just don't expect from hotel next to one of the biggest airports in Europe. There was nothing else around either.

Hotel shuttle doesn't run through the night, taxi fares are a greedy joke (£30 for a 2 min journey), and the hotel shuttle next morning was £5 which feels very stingy. No idea how it got 4 star, felt more like a 2 star hotel. Not an airport hotel either given lack of basic airport services, more like a motel that just happens to be located near an airport. Very poor for a Radisson.

Convenient and comfortable

The lifts are very small and in the morning it takes an age to get your luggage down to reception as everyone is leaving at that time
