Ótima localização e péssimo cheiro, além dos problemas de infra estrutura.
Pros:

O hotel passou por uma reforma recente e visualmente é muito bonito. O quarto é amplo, bem distribuído e confortável. A localização é excelente, perto da praia, restaurantes e comércio, e os funcionários, de forma geral, foram muito educados e prestativos.

Cons:

Infelizmente a infraestrutura não acompanha a aparência do hotel. Havia um forte cheiro de esgoto no quarto e em parte dos corredores durante praticamente toda a estadia. O ar-condicionado condensava e pingava pelo hall, a pressão da água era muito instável (chegando a interromper o banho) e ficamos cerca de dois dias sem água quente. Também tivemos problemas frequentes com a reposição de toalhas. A comida do restaurante da piscina deixou bastante a desejar. Outro ponto negativo foi um salva-vidas da piscina, que tratava as crianças de forma excessivamente ríspida, algo que não acontecia quando ele não estava trabalhando.

Customer service could be more attentive.
Pros:

Very good location and good breakfast.
Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Staff unresponsive. Had to call twice to get an invoice.
Could not figure out how to use the phone to call the reception.
No gym. No spa.
Humidity problem. The whole room was wet and humid when we hung stuff to dry from the beach.
We didn't have any fresh water to drink. Only 1 small bottle.

El hotel es muy bonito, está bien decorado, tiene una ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes y comercio. La piscina tiene una vista muy bonita.

Cons:

Mejoraría el aseo de los cuartos, pondría cafetera y agua de cortesía, teniendo en cuenta el precio del hotel.

Pros:

buena ubicacion, habitaciones full, buena limpieza la verdad quedamos satisfecho, la piscina super bien, la atencion muy buena, la recepcion fue rapida quedamos felices...

Cons:

No evidencia instalaciones para niños como un parque pequeño o algo asi, el desayuno no se puede llevar a la habitacion, el wifi es regular, las cosas del bar me parecieron costosas.
