El hotel es realmente recomendable por sus instalaciones.
Pros:

Muy funcional con habitaciones amplias.

Cons:

La lentitud de los cocineros en el desayuno y poca profesionalidad de las camareras. En ocasiones esperamos 25 minutos por una tortilla que además estaba seca.

Buen servicio, pero con oportunidades
Pros:

El desayuno era bueno y variado. EL chico del Front Desk, Juan, es una estrella en el servicio. La vista del area del desayuno es espectacular. Los productos de baño usan son muy buenos y de rico olor

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Poco espacio para moverse. Los pasillos son muy oscuros. El aire sonaba mucho y aunque “lo arreglaron” hacia mucho ruido. Hay dos jacuzzis demasiados pequeños y sin agua caliente

Pros:

Everything was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly! The room was cleaned every day and was always spotless. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. A very nice hotel—I would definitely stay here again!👌🏽

Cons:

We stayed on the 14th floor, and the restaurant was directly above us. Early in the morning, before breakfast, and again at night after the restaurant closed, we could hear the noise of chairs and tables being moved while the staff prepared or cleaned up. It was loud enough to wake us up or make it difficult to fall asleep. However, despite this, we would still choose this hotel again and again because everything else was excellent!

Très bon séjour, propre, avec des lits confortables.

L’accueil, la propreté de l’ensemble de l’hôtel (de la chambre jusqu’à la réception).

Cons:

L’accueil d’un agent qui semble être un agent de sécurité. Pas très agréable.

Definitivamente volveríamos
Pros:

Era nuestra noche de bodas y nos trataron súper bien, nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación y nos dejaron un dulcesito en la habitación con una nota. La verdad es que volveríamos y disfrutamos todo, desde la habitación hasta el desayuno y el turco con sauna

Pros:

Hotel is modern and pleasant. Spacious room and super comfortable mattress. I had a great sleep here!

Cons:

It is advertised as being in El Poblado, but in reality you need to take a 15-20 min Uber to El Poblado, it's not so close. Pool is a bit small and was closed one of the days we were there.
