Las chicas amargadas del restaurante.
Pros:

Las facilidades muy buenas y sobre todo, muy limpias. El personal de recepción y limpieza estuvieron excelentes, mas sin embargo no fue igual con el personal del restaurante (desayuno). En este caso no fueron tan amables y estaban amargadas. El buffet de desayuno, no tenían productos como quesos americanos y tanto el café, como el chocolate no estuvieron buenos,pues eran muy aguados y sin sabor. Entiendo pueden mejorar en ese aspecto.

Pros:

Quarto muito confortável, cama sensacional!
Funcionários super educados. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Achei a localização um pouco longe da parte mais comercial de El Poblado.

Okay and good Ish value for money but wouldn’t stay again. Would look to stay somewhere else. English was not a strong p

It was new with nice views and reasonable facilities. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Aircon didn’t seem to be able to be controlled and blew cold air over the bed all night leaving us with sore throat so would not stay again. Also, the gym was not very well looked after at all with weights everywhere and the weight equipment not maintained, also one day we went in there and it was unbearably, hot quite ridiculous really

Pros:

Professionalità di tutto il personale per disponibilità e attenzione al cliente, pulizia di tutta la struttura, servizi come Jacuzzi, saune, solarium, palestra, SPA, ottima colazione, posizione.

Hotel molto confortevole, pulito e staff impeccabile
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, pulizia e staff impeccabile. Posizione un po’ defilata ma comunque a 10 minuti dall’aeroporto cittadino. Ci tornerò
