On arrival we were pleasantly surprised, the hotel looked very modern, clean, inviting. Our room was ready at 3pm. The room was clean, nice bedding, clean towels each day (stayed 3 nights). We chose a superior privilege room because we liked the idea of extras being included. The full length windows made the room bright and we had a good full sea view.
Good selection of food at breakfast.
Sadly, there were numerous things that were not as expected.
Tea bags, milk and sugar were not regularly replenished. I had to ask each day for items that should have been replaced .
Bottled water and can of soft drink not replenished.
Hair conditioner bottle was empty on arrival, it remained empty for the whole 3 days of our stay.
Tissue box empty with just one tissue on top. (Replaced the following day).
Courtesy pack (cotton buds, cotton wool pad) not replenished.
I asked the room cleaner for items that were required but she didn’t seem to understand my request.
I spoke with reception who apologised but nothing was rectified.
Disappointed as we did not receive the ‘privileges’ advertised and paid for.
The variety of breakfast food was good, the quality of food less so. The room accommodation was excellent and the standard of cleanliness throughout admirable.
The lack of a bath. Everything about the evening dining experience - very poor quality food, a limited choice, no variety of accompaniments and no fresh vegetables or potatoes.Although the staff did thwie best there was an insufficient number on duty and there was no visible sign of leadership or basic training.

Evening meals no so good, also when coach party’s having evening meals. The hotel staff clearing away the plates and food and had an empty table in the Center of where we were sitting and scraping off plates etc. it was disgusting and should have been done in the kitchen not in the restaurant .
Rooms are lovely. Great location
Arrived got served a glass of wine in pint glass as out of glasses told couldn't have dinner as to busy. After arguing got told to come at 8.30 but order by 8.45 even though restaurant says 10 pm close. However locals walked straight in and heard staff say if anyone asks you booked.

Bedroom top hot ar night. 19° is too hot for nighttime I like a bedroom around 16°.
Very poor choice of vegetarian meals. The menu did not change for our second night. I don't like risotto had to choose squash curry twice.
Only one coffee machine meant queues at Breakfast. Then the cups were very small.
