hotel was absolutely brilliant perfect location for the beach close to local shops and amusements hotel was spotless brilliant staff bed were very comfortable great choice for breakfast food was amazing Would recommend so anyone will be staying again in the near future.

Our Privilege room on the 4th floor was perfect for what we wanted. Quiet & with a sea view. The breakfast was more than adequate. Would happily stay there again
Only a very minor point, but there was no toilet brush & you had to close the toilet seat to access the flush buttons.
Location excellent for walking, trains and buses
On this visit I found that the cooked breakfast foods containers could have been a lot warmer, as the food needed to be a lot hotter, on 3 previous visits to this hotel I never experienced this problem, perhaps temperature needs to be reviewed.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, gute Betten und eine Klimaanlage. Auch die Größe war sehr gut.
Die Duschabtrennung sollte mal überarbeitet werden, da die Glasscheibe nicht bis zum Boden reicht hat man nach dem Duschen eine Überschwemmung im Bad. Das Frühstück war auch sehr enttäuschend für so ein Hotel haben wir mehr erwartet, da hatten wir in kleineren Hotels vorher super Frühstücke.
Bed comfy, decent size room, 5 mins from train station and town centre and beach, breakfast very good could be warmer.
Toilets for kids, I'm a big bloke with two knee replacements and getting on and off a toilet was a trial.

Only a few down sides wish there was poached eggs and boiled eggs ready all the time, fridge wasnt cold in room . But tollerated although was in a accessable room would have been nice if shower seat would have raised...
