Pros:

Die Einrichtung des Foyers und der Zimmer sind ansprechend und eine gute Wahl für den Urlaub. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station war fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und der Zimmerservice war top. Sehr gern wieder!

Schöner Aufenthalt in der City von London.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, moderne Zimmer, sauber, zentral gelegen. Klimaanlage im Zimmer, die sehr leise läuft, sodass man diese auch über Nacht laufen lassen kann.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wirkte das Personal oftmals recht überfordert. Es gab teilweise keine Teller und kein Besteck mehr. Nachdem man dann auf die Rezeptionisten zugegangen war und sie darauf ansprach (das Frühstückspersonal war oft nie zu sehen), wurde entsprechend gehandelt. Vielleicht fehlt ein wenig der Blick dafür, wann man bereits für Nachschub sorgen sollte… unser Eindruck zumindest. Ansonsten aber keine Beanstandungen. :)

Buona colazione con proposte sia di dolce che salato, buffet sempre fornito a qualsiasi ora.
La posizione a due passi dal bus.
Staff cordiale e disponibile.
Stanza accogliente e silenziosa lontana dall'ascensore.

Great hotel bad breakfast
Pros:

The room and hotel itself was great. Check in staff were great and allowed us to access room early because it was ready.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. Nothing topped up, no clean plates, cups or cutlery - had to ask and wait to have these provided. Plates for hot breakfast were so small they were more of a side plate than a main dish. Orange juice ran out in machine. Staff were unhelpful just telling us we have to wait. Not what we expected from a Hilton.

De televisie heeft alleen maar kabel tv, er was dus geen enkele mogelijkheid om iets anders te kijken via apps zoals Netfix.

Lovely stay, great location, clean & comfortable

Room was clean, shower was lovely & powerful, staff were lovely and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was lovely, but there were shortages of plates and cutlery on both days of our stay. This was soon resolved by staff but feels they were very stretched so unable to keep up with a busy morning.

Great room, great location, let down by breakfast service.
Pros:

A really nice room. Even with no window it felt light and airy. Very comfortable. Food at breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The service atbreakfast both days was very poor. Very long waits for clean plates and cutlery. The staff seemed unable to cope with the number of people having breakfast, but it surely the same every day.
