Disappointing customer service
Pros:

Place was clean.

Cons:

The aircon was not working when I checked-in. Was not told before turning up and was only told after I checked-in and paid the deposit. Room was far too warm, especially as it was between the two hottest days of the year. I was not told I could cancel and receive a full refund and was not provided with alternatives. When I complained the one fan they provided was not enough, no solutions were provided.
I raised a complaint and have unfortunately misled themselves in the response, suggesting they told me before check-in that the air con was not working, which was untrue. They have only offered a small refund, which is frankly ridiculous considering I was charged an exorbitant fee for the room. Very disappointed.

How clean it was and how smooth and easy check in was.

Cons:

It wasn’t communicated that the air conditioning isn’t working before checking in. Which on a hot day would’ve been useful to know as the reason for booking was for a cool air conditioned room due to hot weather
