Beautiful but too expensive

Pros:

El paisaje, las cabañas hermosas, buena climatización, excelente desayuno, excelente atención del personal, disponía de sauna y pileta fría para uso libre con reserva. La limpieza perfecta

Cons:

Al sauna le faltaba mantenimiento y un reloj para monitorear tiempos sin arruinar el celular. De noche faltaba alguna iluminación en algunos trayectos hacia determinadas cabañas. El bar está muy limitado en su capacidad de atención y no pudieron hacer nuestro trago. Creemos en el restaurante también faltaba personal o no se organizaban bien y las esperas eran largas. Para el nivel de restaurante esperábamos mejor calidad de cenas. Pedimos un risotto que NO era risotto. Si lo ponen en el menú el chef debe saber que no es solo cocinar arroz.

Will definitely recommend this place to others coming to the Isle of Skye!
Pros:

Gorgeous setting and beautiful facilities. Professional and courteous staff. Loved the food and the sauna/cold plunge!

Cons:

Price is higher than I like to pay, especially since we had to hike up to our cabins. If dinner were included or shuttles were optional, especially at night, the price might feel better.

Peut vraiment mieux faire
Pros:

Le lieu est grandiose

Cons:

Le service n est pas du tout à la hauteur de l établissement
Trop chaud dans la chambre sans possibilité d éteindre le sèche serviette
Pas de TV il faut brancher son tel
Et la montée le soir dans les chambres situées en haut n est pas évident pas de transport proposé

Paz e tranquilidade mas fisicamente exigente pela inclinação do terreno.
Pros:

A tranquilidade e o silêncio. A sauna. O restaurante. Todo o ambiente.

Cons:

O terreno onde estão as cabines é bastante inclinado e subir para os quartos com numeração superior pode não ser fácil para todos os hóspedes. O carrinho de golfe só leva e traz malas.

Cons:

Path is very worn and bare due to the golf carts creating large potholes and driving too fast and carelessly and knocking the stones off the path. There is an absolute lack of any maintenance. There were 9 lights knocked over with wires and plug exposed on the path heading down the hill. The shower door kept coming off track. TV internet did not work the 2nd night.

Very expensive for the experience
Pros:

Good but not amazing location as 25 min walk down the hill to Portree. however once e in the place and hotel reception: pods amazing views of Portree bay.

Cons:

If unlucky your pod would be 10 min walk up the steep hill (if young and fast). Rooms good but short beds so my feet were out of it ( I am 174m in hight). Bathrobes are also on the small size. Superbly expensive for one night stay.

Expensive, promises a lot but fails to deliver.
Pros:

The main building is very nice. Restaurant & bar are pleasant & comfortable.

Cons:

The sleeping pods are very small & compact. Quite a walk from the parking area to both the main building and the pods. No-where to dry anything and it rains a lot and you often get wet.
Staff are willing & trying but in need of training.

there is no service, room is very small, and what inside looks very basic. only the location is good.
restaurant service was ok

if there is a service needed when you are in the room, you cant call them ( no internal phone in the room )

Great location, wonderful view, quiet. The individual cabins are nice.

The cabins are small, and you have to do a small hike up the hill to get there. Not for the unfit.
