Zimmer in der Ecke unten hinten (9) etwas wenig privat, da direkt hinter dem Fenster noch ein Eingang für eine Nebenwohnung ist.
Frühstück klassisch englisch, aber ohne jegliche Variation & sehr einfach.

Lovely place Exmouth
Easy check in, beautiful sea view, lovely seating area outside. Variety of food for breakfast. Staff are lovely and very accommodating.
Car parking wasn't great, as you're not guaranteed a space.

The Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was lovely and the serving ladies were very prompt and helpful.
My room was a little plain and dated and the bed was lumpy but it was spotless.
