No tan agradable como esperábamos
Pros:

La finca está muy bien organizada y está rodeada de naturaleza

Cons:

No pudimos descansar en toda la noche porque un perro ladró todo el tiempo. Uno va a un sitio como estos a descansar, pero lastimosamente no fue posible. Adicionalmente, hubo algo en la comida o en el agua que nos se enfermó a toda la familia

Personal amable, finca linda pero habitaciones y servicios muy deficientes.

El desayuno y la amabilidad del personal.

El tamaño del cuarto.
El baño sin puertas.
No hay placard.
La cuna del bebé incomoda.
Menú para comer muy limitado y ofrecían opciones que no tenían.
Horario de desayuno tardío.
Tuvimos cucarachas en el cuarto.
No estaban las toallas cuando llegamos. Toallas de mala calidad, así como la ropa de cama.
Tienen frascos de Loto del sur para los productos de higiene pero el contenido no es de la marca.

En general todo es muy bueno, definitivamente es un lugar para descansar y relajarse, es tranquilo.
Ofrecen todo lo que mencionan, la comida es deliciosa y el servicio muy bueno. Todo nos gusto la verdad.

El espacio es bello, agradable, lindo lugar. Las mujeres del personal son muy atentas y amables. Ofrecen un trato muy cálido

Cons:

Se escucha mucho el sonido entre las habitaciones. Casi todas las noches tuvimos que pedir a los vecinos que bajaran el volumen de la voz. Se escuchaba mucho ruido.

Mi pareja y yo disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estadía. Nos encantó estar rodeados de naturaleza, compartir con las mascotas de la hacienda y disfrutar la cascada privada, que fue un detalle inesperado perfecto. Queremos agradecer al personal amable y dedicado, especialmente a Tatiana, Daisy y Manuel por su profesionalismo, hospitalidad y amabilidad durante nuestra estancia en Mucho Sur Quimbaya.
