El personal muy buen servicio, el desayuno, la cascada y los perros que siempren están.

Pros:

Hermosa finca, mucha naturaleza grandes arboles, muy buena atención del personal, las mascotas te acompañan a la cascada nieves y nala, el cóctel de bienvenida delicioso!, la experiencia del cacao nos gusto mucho!

Cons:

Creo que son aspectos a mejorar: la piscina se puede utilizar hasta las 8:30pm pero no esta iluminada, en la noche no hay mucho que hacer, podrían tener juegos de mesa y la cena relación precio-calidad es algo costosa en comparación a como saben.

Excelente lugar para descansar sumergirse en la naturaleza del Eje Cafetero! Las host fueron increíbles y muy amables. Es un hotel apto para personas con movilidad reducida! Super recomendado si quieres desconectarte y encontrar pequeños detalles naturales en cada rincón

Pros:

Posto bellissimo immerso nella natura, costantemente circondati dai versi di uccellini di giorno e grilli la sera. Molto suggestivo. Si mangia bene anche se ripetitivo. Piscina ben tenuta. Stanze carine.

Cons:

Non molto accoglienti, gentili se si chiede qualcosa sicuramente ma ci aspettavamo un'accoglienza diversa visti i precedenti posti. Nulla che non faccia vivere un bel soggiorno ma a volte ci sembrava di "disturbare". All'andata dall'aeroporto è stato fattibile arrivarci con uber, al contrario per andare in aeroporto è indispensabile farsi prenotare da loro il trasporto perché risulta un po' fuori mano!

El personal es genial, muy limpio todo y hay un perrito muy amigable que te acompaña a la cascada…la piscina es genial!

Cons:

Buen tamaño de cama pero los colchones son separados y termine en un hueco del medio de la cama.

No tan agradable como esperábamos
Pros:

La finca está muy bien organizada y está rodeada de naturaleza

Cons:

No pudimos descansar en toda la noche porque un perro ladró todo el tiempo. Uno va a un sitio como estos a descansar, pero lastimosamente no fue posible. Adicionalmente, hubo algo en la comida o en el agua que nos se enfermó a toda la familia
