Had surgery at Tesoro mall. The mall at the hotel was sold out so this was the closest to the medical tower part of the mall we could find. Parking is very limited. It’s an underground parking garage with few spaces awkward to get into. Staff was helpful but unloading stuff, cases and a patient in the garage and then carrying everything up was annoying, even though a gent that works there did help us unload and carry. Be aware, you can’t just pull up to the hotel and unload. Also we paid extra for a mountain/city view and were in the 2nd floor with a view of a barb wire fence and greenery. NO VIEW of nothing except jail type fence decorated with flowers. We told the front desk and booking.com and nothing came of it. At least refund us the price difference between standard and room with city/Mountain View
Should let people know parking is limited. If it’s full, you can’t park and there are only a few spaces down in that garage.
Nothing next door except a tiny and limited corner store. If you are staying a few nights, and you are hungry, order Rappi or take a taxi if you want something other than the hotel restaurant because they have nothing to eat around there that you can walk to (I didn’t see anything and the front desk told me there was nothing)

Se oye lo que hablan los vecinos, no nos dejaron toallas pequeñas, no hay bufet, desayuno regular,no dejan una botella de agua.

La habitación 111 queda al lado del cuarté de aseo y desde las 6 am empiezan hacer ruido no es silencioso, adicionalmente a eso las paredes son de papel pones música desde el celular y se escucha en todo el edificio
