Absolutely welcoming and comfortable. Amazing!
Pros:

The daily breakfast was amazing, hot, fresh, and the staff were so friendly. It was also very clean. The room was amazing and the view. We sat outside until the wee hours in the morning enjoying the night view. The bathroom and shower exceeded my expectations. The water was hot and great water pressure. We were so happy with the room and all it came with. Parking was not a problem at any time we came back to the hotel. The general areas/lobbies/elevators were immaculately clean. I would recommend your hotel to anyone that asked me where to stay if visiting Medellin, Colombia.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like.

Me encantó la complicidad que el equipo de front me hizo con la sorpresa que le tenía a mi pareja, me organizaron la tabla de charcutería y champaña, nos recibieron los líderes y todo el equipo,!
La atención fue muy genuina, el desayuno súper rico. Las instalaciones bien cuidadas, nos encantó el restaurante el canario. Una mención a Michel y equipo. Volveré sin duda, 100 % recomendado. Gracias
