La ubicación en excelente
No me gustó que la habitación qué nos asignaron fue en el piso 1 muy cerca al lobby donde el ruido de maletas, y personas sentadas afuera no hizo una experiencia agradable y la habitación tiene una puerta que conecta a otra habitación y mientras dormíamos el ruido de los huéspedes de la siguiente habitación NO nos dejaba dormir. Por ser temporada de la feria de las flores no pudieron reubicarnos en otro cuarto
La amabilidad del personal sin duda es la nota máxima del lugar.
La relación calidad precio; quizás la semana de feria de flores no me ayudó mucho en ese sentido.
La ubicación es excepcional, muy cerca del mall el tesoro y muchas otras tiendas
Lo que no me gustó es que en los baños necesitan más limpieza … en las orillas de la puerta de la ducha y en algunas losetas había mucho moho …!además de ser desagradable a la vista en muy peligroso
También en la cocinera hormigas
Me encantaría que le pusieran un poco más de cuidado a esos detalles
Es agradable que se vea y se sienta realmente limpio
También algo que quiero mencionarles .. el café en el desayuno es mucha espuma y nada de café … creo que el tamaño y como lo están preparando debe mejorar

Very noisy hotel. Maybe because it was a holiday, but there were doors slamming, people talking loud, and what sounded like changing of plates all night long.
Las instalaciones están muy bien
Lo que no me gustó fue que me pareció INSÓLITO es que a la hora del check-out nos cobraron una “ TOALLA” supuestamente porque estaba sucia de maquillaje. Nos ha decepcionado completamente solo por esto no lo recomendaría. Se supone que las toallas son para usarlas y ensuciarlas es lo normal, he visitado muchísimos hoteles en el mundo y primera vez que vi esto.
