Que cuando hice la reserva solicite factura envie los datos de facturacion, llegue al hotel pague la estadía solicite la factura me dicen que se hace en el.check out les deje los datos.
Y para el check out solicito nuevamente la factura me dicen se la enviamos por correo y no me facturaron a nombre de empresa.

La tocineta del desayuno no se veía bien, y en vez de miel real te dan cirope... en el desayuno , mucho por mejorar

Pagamos por una suite Superior y por empezar está ubicada la habitación en el primer piso, pegada del lobby y es mucho el ruido que se escucha en la mañana. Además el hotel no tiene Room service.

There is no acoustical isolation at all between rooms. You will hear your room neighbor snoring as if it was sleeping in your same bed.
It took the hotel more than a week to issue the stay invoice. I had to request via email, text messages, Booking platform during one whole week.
I had never lived such bad experience with any hotel around the world. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
The breakfast was delicious. The staff members of the breakfast were super friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help.
Location! Safe and had stores within walking distance. Must be ready to walk up hill to get back to hotel. Very clean and friendly staff.
Breakfast menu was the same all week. Not much of a variety.
