It was easy to catch a taxi because they gathered at a hospital across the street. Liked the location and was very clean
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and coffee. Beds comfortable. Bar has an open y to air rooftop. Good restaurants within a block.

The night staff are not friendly, attentive, or professional.
Pros:

The area is lovely, its design is very nice inside the hotel..

Cons:

Because of you, your app told me that transportation was free, and when I called the hotel, they told me that transportation wasn't included in the reservation and that I had to complain to you, so I had to pay... that's not right.

Le service laisse à désirer surtout en considerant le prix élevé du sejour.
Pros:

Le personnel est trés aimable, le restaurant du petit dejeuner est très joli et la situation geographique est très bien.

Cons:

Par contre le nettoyage de la chambre laisse à desirer, le deuxième jour la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé, es lits n'ont pas été faits et les serviettes de bain étaient humides: Dommage car l'hotel est très beau.

Très brouillants ils n’ont visiblement pas compris le but premier d’un hôtel. La music était à fond impossible de dormir quand le lendemain je dit que nous avons besoin de dormir et demandons pour que le sons baisse on nous dit que la music s’arrêtera à 22h, elle a duré jusqu’à 2h du matin !!! Les chambres ne sont pas du tout identiques au photos elles sont toute petite. Les serviettes n’ont même pas été changé quand nous demandons de changer ils nous disent qu’ils les chambres tous les deux jours. Le petit déjeuner est vide il n’y avait casi rien.

Pros:

Kommunikation war gut waren bemüht zu helfen. Frühstück war sehr gut dach Terrasse Mega Aussicht

Cons:

Bad besteht aus Glaswänden mit Vorhang. Finde ich persönlich nicht gut. Leider lief die Comuna 13 Tour die wir über das Hotel gebucht hatten nicht nach unserer angegebenen Ablauf. Das war sehr enttäuschend

Estadia perfeita!
Pros:

O hotel é lindo, tem um ambiente super agradável, a equipe é super amigável e atenciosa. O café da manhã foi muito bom e eles até tem um open bar por uma hora do dia que foi super bom! Amamos muito a estadia.

Cons:

O quarto não é tão espaçoso e os banheiros podem ser um pouco intimidadores para algumas pessoas, por não serem totalmente trancados do resto do quarto.

Het viel enigszins tegen maar ik denk een leuk hotel voor jongere reizigers.

Het hotel zit op een goede locatie in de buurt El Poblado en het is modern ingericht. De trap naar de rooftop bar is gaaf.

Cons:

Op de plaatjes ziet het er mooier uit dan in het echt. Op de kamer staan geen plantjes en accessoires. Op de lakens zaten lichte vlekken en er lagen nog haren op de grond en op nachtkastje. Wij verbleven een nacht in het hotel omdat we de volgende ochtend vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten. We wilden die avond even wat eten op het rooftop restaurant maar dat bleek niet te kunnen vanwege een extern event waardoor de bar en restaurant gesloten waren. Dit was niet gemeld bij de checkin, erg jammer. Ze boden nog roomservice aan maar we zijn bij de Italiaan om de hoek gaan eten, aanrader. Het personeel is vriendelijk maar jong, receptioniste kent de omgeving niet en kon geen advies geven, we kregen een plattegrond van de omgeving mee. Als er een event is in de rooftop bar dan zijn de kamers gehorig.

Not worth the money

Toilet was clogged, for more than two days had to go to the bathroom lobby! Said it once and when tried to flush same thing, next day we thought toilet was going to be cleaned and fixed, but nothing was done. Security box was reported not working and also nothing done. Breakfast and coffee not good! At night time the hallway lights were totally off when we woke up at 5 am which is very dangerous, in case of an emergency the stairs/hallway can’t be used because all is dark

The hotel is clean and looks nice, but the rooms have important issues and lack basic amenities.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The restaurant on the rooftop (Palma Pitón) was genuinely good. I highly recommend the Massaman Curry. Tap water is good in Medellin, but they offered a machine with hot, cold and bubbling filtered water, which was very nice.

Cons:

The shower temperature fluctuated between uncomfortably cold and too hot without me touching the dial. The toilet lid was loose on one side. The lighting near the mirror was very poor, making shaving difficult. At breakfast the eggs were cold and the arepas stale, despite going up to eat at 8am (not at the end of service). The guacamole was also oversalted. In the room there was nowhere to put the suitcase or sit with a laptop.
