Cons:

Al salir del hotel olvidamos dentro del clóset un pantalón y una chaqueta, al día siguiente cuando lo notamos fuimos al hotel a preguntar y nos informaron que el personal de limpieza aún no había llegado, por lo que volvimos a pasar en la tarde y aunque la habitación no había sido alquilada las cosas no aparecieron, lo cual es una situación bastante incómoda ya que el personal de aseo no regresa los artículos olvidados por los huéspedes.

Realmente fue d las experiencias más bajitas de mi viaje no tengo nada bueno q decir

Cons:

Desde la cobranza el datáfono no funcionó para tarjeta de crédito y casi no teníamos cash solo funcionó con tarjeta de debito mas no de crédito, es terrible el personal usa volumen alto desde muy temprano y se escucha muy fuerte en las habitaciones de abajo, la atención del personal del cocina no fue nada gentil.
