Our favourite location in London to stay, and rated this higher than another nearby hotel we recently stayed in. We had a standard room and we new the rooms were small by London standard, but we were accommodated with a reasonably sized room (note double bed and not queen) with a large modern bathroom with large shower space which was greatly appreciated. Large towels and excellent luxury brand large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Room configured well with lots of desk and spacing to maximise the space available. Very polite staff always greeting and assisting us. Appreciated the welcome ice tea. Close to Bayswater and Queensway underground stations, central and walking distance to Notting Hill and Kensington gardens, Excellent shops and eateries nearby including M&S. Free water bottles provided in fridge and biscuits provided in room with ample coffees aand teas replenished every 3 days. Towels changed daily and full cleaning every 3 days. Appreciated late checkout and luggage storage until late afternoon as we had a late night flight. very clean and modern room, window partially opens for fresh air looking out onto the street.
Hotel diagrams shows toiletries/vanity amenity kits however these are not included in all room types which you would expect in most hotels of this standard - we thought they were provided in the room we had but evidently not - appears to be only for the executive rooms.
Not sure how the towel rail warms as there was no switch visible?
Replacement bottled water is at a charge however there is a water filling station in the breakfast area.
Would be good if the coffee machine in the breakfast area was complimentary

Beautiful bedroom and bathroom, we had a very comfortable stay.
Could have been a little cleaner, nothing to bad. - Sticky mark on the toilet lid and abit of grime around base of shower. Nothing to bad at all
L’emplacement est super, à deux pas de deux stations de métro.
Petit hôtel à taille humaine, appréciable également.
Le nettoyage des chambres: personne n’est venu nettoyer notre chambre. J’ai dû aller à la réception demander du papier toilettes et de l’eau.
J’ai entendu à plusieurs reprises ces mêmes complaintes de la part d’autres clients.
Le lit double est également minuscule.

Las habitaciones son bastante amplias para tratarse de Londres.
la limpieza se realiza cada 4 dias, muy escasa para un hotel de su categoria.
Schönes Hotel, ausreichend große und saubere Zimmer, großes und modernes Bad mit Pflegeprodukten. Zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten bis zu den U-Bahnstationen. Auf dem Weg dahin viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Es un hotel de 4 estrellas (200 £) noche y en su política dicen que no hacen limpieza de habitaciones hasta la tercera noche.
Eso debe estar claramente advertido por Booking ya que es absolutamente inhabitual y diferente a las prácticas del sector hotelero.
Además, la cama doble es tremendamente estrecha. Una vez más Booking no debería admitir que los hoteles publiciten sus habitaciones con camas dobles cuando son de 120cm.

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Sijainti loistava, metroasemat lähellä ja nopeasti pääsi myös kävellen mm. Notting Hilliin. Respan henkilökunta ystävällisiä ja vastaanottavaisia.
Huonettani ei siivottu kertaakaan 4 päivän reissun aikana, vaikka pyysin tätä kertaalleen.
