Situación perfecta en zona tranquila, con dos paradas de metro cerca. Muchos pubs y restaurantes en Queensway al lado.

Teníamos reservadas dos habitaciones doble y una tripe ,la puntuación puesta es para las dos habitaciones dobles ,la habitación tripe fue un desastre la reserva era clara que es para tres adultos nuestra sorpresa fue ver un sofá cama en el que podía dormir un niño no más de cinco años ,fuimos a recepción a reclamar que en el sofá no podía dormir un adulto el personal de recepción nos dijo que intentarían arreglarlo pasadas tres noches y mi marido durmiendo en el suelo porque era imposible dormir en dicho sofá volvimos a reclamar y por fin apareció el responsable que intentaría arreglarlo.nos pusieron una cama supletoria que no era una maravilla pero al menos durmió en una cama .creo que el primer día se tenía que haber arreglado yo pagué una habitación de tres adultos no tuvieron ni el detalle de abonar la diferencia de haber tenido que dormir una persona en el suelo ,tengo que decir que en recepción fueron muy correctos y en concreto un chico el cual siempre nos escuchó pero poco puedo hacer pienso que no estaba de su mano
Good room size and bathroom well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Good to have bottles in the room fridge. Hotel handy to get too and room easy to access. Good access to London transport.
Lights switches were hard to find. Staff could have been more welcoming.
Easy location , quiet and clean.
Coffee machine wasn’t working.Spare bed my daughter was sleeping on was very uncomfortable she didn’t sleep ,plus there was a small light near floor couldn’t turn it off .

It is a clean hotel with a fantastic location, and the staff are very polite. The complimentary coffee and tea were an added bonus. Thank you.
The rooms are very small; finding space to open a suitcase is almost impossible.

The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent
The beds were terrible uncomfortable. Super thin and no cushion.
My 81-year-old mom had to sleep on a sofa bed that literally bowed up like a banana.
Our shower was clogged with hair to the point water was coming out of the shower and submerging into the rest of the bathroom.
The staff had to come to our rescue at 11 pm at night

Small rooms especially with suitcases
A really lovely place, which we thought looked even better than the pictures. The surroundings are peaceful and the location is walkable to Hyde Park and also very close to the tube for access to central London. The staff were very friendly, everything was super clean and comfortable, and the booking/check in process was really smooth.
Honestly there were no issues.
It’s costly, but that’s just London!
