Emplacement idéal avec des restaurants dans le quartier (même si l'hôtel a son propre restaurant). Chambre au 8eme etage avec une superbe vue sur Bogota, au calme. Personnel très gentil.

The breakfast was good, with fresh smoothies, and you could order eggs prepared to your preference. The location was also good, situated in a safe and well-maintained area of the city.
The room was spacious, but the walls were so thin that you could hear everything happening in the hallway.
We also experienced an unfortunate incident during our stay. The housekeeping staff sprayed the bed with some kind of freshener every morning, which apparently contained bleach. My boyfriend lay down on the bed and later discovered several white stains on his trousers where the fabric color had been damaged by the chemical. The trousers were ruined and no longer wearable.
Although the hotel reimbursed us for the cost of the trousers, this is completely unacceptable for a four-star hotel. In fact, it would be unacceptable in any hotel, but especially one of this category.
We also missed having slippers in the room, which would have been a nice and expected amenity.

La playa y las limitaciones a su alrededor. Las playas son públicas y uno podría visitar “sin problema” las aledañas, es un derecho y deber de cuidado.
