The most incredible interior of any hotel
Pros:

The most incredible fit out. Absolutely stunning. Stay here if you want the wow factor. Wow doesn’t come cheap but then the fit out is next level amazing and I think beats many of the established fancy hotels at a similar price point. And while the restaurant and bar is open to the public, there is an equally breathtaking room reserved just for guests. My room was nice too. I didn’t upgrade. But it’s the public spaces, hallways, lift, even the toilets that make this such an exceptional hotel.

Cons:

At this price, breakfast should be included as should the mini bar. Add it into the price and it would make guests feel more valued. A welcome cocktail on arrival would help to settle in too. Had I not asked for a hotel tour, I am not sure I would have been told about the guest lounge either. Finally, walking into a hotel for the first time with a ‘welcome back’ is very disingenuous when i am arriving for the first time. I could tell it was an automated response. But staff were all lovely even if told my breakfast was included when it wasn’t.

I had hoped for an experience better than the chiltern firehouse and did not even come close
Pros:

The door staff and evening bar staff were amazing

Cons:

Trying to find and keep a seat at the terrace bar was a joke...i am paying guest and was made to feel less important than someone off the street
Apparently our room was an upgrade on m booking, there was not even a dressing table for my partner to do her make and things

A quality 5 star hotel in a great location
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel in a great location.
The room was beautiful, the bed was SO comfortable, the hotel was exquisitely styled from top to bottom. The breakfast was excellent, the staff across the Flute, Nook and Dear Jacky were all so friendly, attentive and very well trained, the door staff were so helpful. This is a proper 5 star hotel. There’s no pool, gym, leisure facilities - it’s 5 star based on quality. My new favourite London hotel! Will be back…
