This is exactly the kind of hotel you return to again and again.

Oh my gosh… what a stay.
Broadwick Soho absolutely nailed the guest experience from start to finish. It's one of those hotels where you genuinely feel looked after, rather than simply checked in and out.
The hospitality was exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, every member of staff was warm, attentive and incredibly helpful. What stood out most was that this level of care didn't disappear once checkout was approaching. Even on my last day, the team remained just as engaged and accommodating, which made the experience feel genuinely hospitable rather than transactional.
A special thank you to Greg from the Guest Experience team, who truly embodies what great hospitality looks like. His warmth, attentiveness and genuine care were a huge part of why this experience stood out. Team members like Greg are exactly what transform a beautiful hotel into one guests can't wait to return to.
The pre-departure check-in was such a thoughtful touch. On my final evening, the hotel called my room simply to ask whether I needed any assistance before checking out the next day. It's a small gesture, but one that says a lot about how much they value the guest experience.
The interiors are stunning. Every space feels bold, colourful and full of personality. The design is vibrant without ever feeling overwhelming, and every corner of the hotel feels intentional.
The location is hard to beat. Right in the heart of Soho, you're within walking distance of some of London's best restaurants, bars, theatres and shopping. I also found it incredibly easy to explore neighbouring areas like Mayfair without relying heavily on transport.
It was very peaceful. Despite being in one of London's busiest and most energetic neighbourhoods, both the rooms and the public spaces were remarkably quiet. Once inside, it felt like a calm retreat from the buzz outside.

Cons:

Honestly... nothing.

Every touchpoint felt thoughtful, the service remained consistent throughout my stay and I left feeling exactly how a great property should make you feel.

They've certainly earned a returning guest in me. I have no doubt that I will be back.
