Staff at check in was lovely and all the staff we met were really nice and friendly
There was a damp smell in the bathroom.and the bed was very hard then that a personal thing but it did affect my sleep
The hotel staff are brilliant. When the heating is on high the room is warm and the bed is very comfortable.
The bathroom was cold, the window had been left open and there was a mildew/mould smell.
After closing the window, it didn't warm up during my stay despite the rest of the room being warm
Parking wasn't possible in the hotel carpark.
I have stayed here before and have had none of these issues, so I hope it's a one off

We thought the Balcony would of been a bit bigger
Good location and very clean & modern.
Mattresses on the beds were quite hard but this is personal preference and not a big issue at all. Also there is a car park however this is very small with very limited spaces and some are quite awkward to park in if you have a larger SUV style vehicle however there are other car parks nearby.

On arrival it would be nice to tell us about the facilities - ie where the gym is, the complimentary coffee till 12pm etc
Parking: the hotel car park should not even be called a car park!! Even if you are lucky enough to get a space, it is difficult to park (even with a small car like I have). It’s so tight!! This was mentioned too by other guests we encountered. The overall experience of trying to park the car in your hotel car park dampened the start to our holiday. The car park is not value for money for the £15 that is being charged per day. We recognise the alternative parking at Charing Cross station is a better option which we had to use.
Either sort the hotel car park out to justify the £15 per day cost, or just signpost all the guests to the Charing cross car park .
From our experience of staying in other 4* hotels , the breakfast selection was disappointing. There was no pre cute fruit options (such as melon/grapefruit/pineapple etc). there were no hashbrowns or grilled tomatoes. There was limited bread selection.
Rooms: some stains on the carpet and fabric chair
Bathroom: from safety there should be a shower/bath rail and non slip mat for the shower
Comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. Spacious rooms and plenty of storage! Nice reception area and overall a good hotel to stay more than a few nights. The super king size bed room even has a microwave and a fridge which is very nice.
Breakfast could be better, coffee is diluted and filtered no machine for a proper coffee. Bread is basic standard sliced bread, not an awful lot of options. Don't think it's worth £16 pp if it's not included in your booking. The parking situation is also bad 14£ daily is a bit much and a discount for people staying a few days would be nice.

Sofa bed mattress could be more comfortable.
Great views from the balcony. Staff were so friendly and gave us sweets for Halloween because we dressed up😁

Well I guess the only thing would be the noisy building work but I don’t think this is sandman’s fault unless you want to provide earplugs!
