Spacious room, complimentary robes and great facilities with plenty of options for hot drinks, fridge in the room and microwave was nice
Noticed some stains on the carpet and some dust but aside from that it was great
The hotel is located in the centre of Glasgow. The rooms are cozy, modern, spatious. The staff is OK, shops and pubs are walking distance.
The cleaning of rooms was quite superficial and quick.

Great location for where we needed to be in Glasgow. Good quality room and large bathroom. Car parking facilities on site although underneath the hotel and required careful manoeuvring to exit. The staff were very friendly. There is a restaurant and gym on site, though we didn't use either.
No bottled water supplied in the room. No view for a standard room.

There was a lack of main lights in the room, other than that there was nothing to be disappointed with.
Hotel was bright/clean. A little further from town than we thought (uphill)but staff were friendly and approachable and answered our questions comfortably
I cancelled one of our booked rooms and upgraded to an executive suite as one of our party couldn’t make it,
I was very disappointed at the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable and at such an angle that I had to lie the opposite way (head at foot of bed)
As a result I didn’t have a great nights sleep
The view from the balcony gives you a skyline of the city. Views are nice ! The room was clean, the bathroom was super tidy. Good cooked breakfast as well as some deli meats and cheese. The staff is responsive and helpful!

I liked the hotel
The location was perfect for my needs and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room had a microwave, which was a nice extra because often that does not happen in hotel rooms. The bed was very comfortable!
The elevators weren't functioning at all times, which meant only a single elevator would be working for a building with 10 floors and you would end up riding up and down various floors to eventually get to where you wanted to be or had to wait quite a while to have space in the elevator. I was on the 8th floor, which wasn't too convenient to take the stairs every time. Overall the hotel was quiet but all the doors have quite a firm mechanism to close automatically. You would hear doors slamming every time someone used the bathroom in their room or when leaving their room.
Clean very nice spacious, good value for tmrw.
