Room temp was a bit hot and there was nu adequate AC apart from a ventilator. Elevators were slow and one out of service.
Perfect location for getting to King's Theatre as this was important due to my mum having to walk with a stick. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room we had was huge!
Street noise was louder than expected especially at night - this wasn't a problem the hotel could control. Would definitely opt for a quieter room should I stay here again. Also the breakfast choices were a bit basic - would have preferred different egg options (only saw fried eggs available), definitely not worth the money.
Excellent location! An extra sheet was provided as well as a small fan. Microwave, refrigerator, and tea kettle provided.
The elevators were sketchy, only 1 worked consistently. No air conditioners in rooms. The rooms were small but sufficient to sleep in.
Service in the bar was non existent.

Friendly staff, nice (but limited choices) breakfast, having a balcony was good.
No Air con - a must in hot temperatures, no hand wash in bathroom, empty body wash bottle in bathroom, cigarette ends and empty cigarette packs in balcony, stains on carpet, one packet of biscuits for 2 people is kinda mean! Breakfast is tasty but choices are limited and coffee machine is definitely required! Pillows are not very comfortable

Albergo molto grande 8 piani.stanza grandissima, con angolo cottura fornito di tutto il necessario, letto enorme e comodissimo, bagno grandissimo. Pulizia buona. Un po di rumore ma dovuto a lavori in corso nei pressi della struttura parcheggio in garage a 15 sterline al giorno.
