Location is okay but people in the surrounding area aren’t safe for a women travelling solo.

Cons:

The property is overrated because of its location, but the facilities are nothing special. The rooms have no soundproof windows—you can hear absolutely everything, even someone sneezing in a room on the same floor.

There are street vendors on both sides of the property, which negatively affects the sense of safety. The rooftop is very disappointing, and the pool is extremely small.

Inside the room, the bathroom has no exhaust fan or ventilation system. The bathroom design also offers no privacy at all—the shower is fully exposed, so anyone sharing the room can see you while you’re showering. If you’re travelling with a family member or a friend, it’s incredibly uncomfortable.

Several bathroom tiles had already fallen off inside the shower, which reflects poor maintenance.

Overall, the hotel is very noisy. You constantly hear people, traffic, and motorcycles. It’s unacceptable that a hotel charging these rates doesn’t even provide proper soundproofing. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Me gustó mucho la habitación que teníamos, eran unas vistas espectaculares a Medellín y teníamos jacuzzi.

Cons:

El desayuno era muy repetitivo, y cuando pedías algo al restaurante de carta en almuerzo o cena, sin preguntar se aplicaban la propina, aunque esto no tiene nada que ver con el hotel por que creo que es un restaurante aparte.

El concepto del hotel es lindo, las instalaciones también, se ve nuevo. Además, el personal súper amable, el servicio estuvo excelente por parte del personal.

La cama tenía pelos cuando ingresamos a la habitación, la ducha cuando me metí a bañar tenía en las paredes aún jabón pegado, y las plantas de la ventana tenían colillas de cigarrillos.

La luz de la ducha es con sensor y estuvimos las 3 noches de estancia que se encendía y se apagaba sola mientras dormíamos,cuando no se quedaba encendida como más de media hora.
No habia toallas para cuando te lavas las manos,solo había 2 toallas y eran para cuando te sales de la ducha.
La puerta corredera para salir a la terraza de la habitación estaba rota,no se podía cerrar con el seguro.
Fantástica ubicación pero el ruido es horroroso,se siente todo y cuando digo todo es absolutamente todo.
Coches tocando el claxon,música de los locales,gente pegando voces y así durante toda la noche.
No tienen o al menos en la habitación que estuvimos climalit,de ahí el insoportable ruido de la calle.
Cuando llegamos la primera noche tuvimos que pedir en recepción el cambio de sabanas ya que las sabanas no parecían limpias.

Pros:

Very nice rooms, good location in the newer part of Medellin and metro within 10min.

Cons:

Room didn't have windows with outside view so the room was rather dark. Shower is in the room, no separate bathroom
