Déçue de l’expérience Zedwell
Pros:

Cet hôtel n’a d’intéressant que son emplacement à mon sens. Pour le prix c’était vraiment le seul avantage.

Cons:

L’hôtel beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation fournie. Les chambre sont minuscules, et pas très propre, et il y avait une odeur d’égout permanente ! Le Check in automatique pourrait être bien quand ça fonctionne … on a du remonter car la clef ne s’était pas activée. C’est vraiment un dortoir plus qu’un hôtel.

Underground is the new WOW!!!!!
Pros:

Everything. Wasn’t sure what I was expecting but it felt spacious, it was clean, bed was huge and the shower was epic.

Cons:

Could have done with another pillow as ones very flat. A cupboard to put bags away otherwise they are on the floor.

Juste l'emplacement

Cons:

Tout, très mauvaise expérience. Très cher pour avoir un lit dans un sous-sol sans aucuns meubles pour poser des vêtements, c'était nul et très humide, impossible d'arrêter la clim. Ménage pas fait.

We had to go home the same evening because it was too dirty and noises were too loud.

Cons:

It was dirty. There were hairs in the bed. There was a dental floss stick on the bed. The floors were dirty and smelt. There was a hoover right outside the bedroom door were had to step over. The person available at checkin was useless. When one of the rooms nearby flushed the toilet there was an awful noise in the pipes.

Der lugtede rigtig meget, udluftningen var dårlig. Derudover blev der ikke gjort rent på værelset under vores ophold. Én gang blev vores skraldespand tømt, og vi fik en ny toiletrulle - ellers blev vores værelse ikke rørt.

No hairdryer or anything, room was not cleaned any of the days we stayed, WiFi was awful and kept cutting out. And we told them and nothing was done to help was quickly dismissed

OK for short stays.

Good value for such a central location, provided you don't mind staying several levels underground.
Very kind staff.
Straightforward check-in/check-out procedure.
Comfortable mattress.

Cons:

The room was very compact. Having only two wall hooks isn't enough for two people, especially since suitcases end up staying on the floor. Minimalism shouldn't mean lacking basic practical features—it should provide exactly what guests need.
The bathroom was a good size compared to the room, but the sink was extremely narrow, leaving almost no space for toiletries. The two wall hooks on the shower screen are also not an ideal way to dry towels in an air-conditioned room; a simple towel rack would be much more practical and would also better support towel reuse initiatives, if environmental considerations are a priority.
Only one towel is provided per person, although you can request clean ones from reception.
My room was quite different from the stylised photos on Booking.com. It was essentially only as wide as the double bed. It would have been better if the oak platform had been a bit longer to provide more space for personal items.
We could also hear noise and vibrations from the underground trains.
£40 for an early check-in (from 12pm to 3pm) seems expensive.
£15 per item for luggage storage is overpriced, although there are more affordable options nearby.
