Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa, restaurantes y de varios centros comerciales, lo que hace que sea muy cómodo para disfrutar de Cartagena. El personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, al igual que el restaurante. También disfruté mucho del gimnasio, la piscina y, especialmente, la vista. Es un hotel agradable, cómodo y con varios espacios para descansar y disfrutar. Sin duda, es una buena opción para hospedarse en Cartagena.

Cons:

Me pareció poco funcional que la habitación no tuviera una silla o una mesa donde poder sentarse, trabajar o simplemente apoyar algunas cosas.

El restaurante, el WifI, la atención del personal del restaurante y que tenían cuna para bebé

El hotel claramente no está diseñado para personas con movilidad reducida ni para familias que utilizan coche de bebé. Hay numerosas escaleras y el acceso con un coche es incómodo y poco práctico.

La habitación también dejó bastante que desear. No había toalla para las manos, únicamente para los pies y el cuerpo. Los jabones son en barra y se utiliza el mismo jabón para las manos y para el cuerpo. Los colchones, además, son bastante rígidos y poco confortables.

El servicio de limpieza fue otro problema. La habitación era limpiada sistemáticamente después del mediodía. En una ocasión, el personal llegó casi a las 3:00 p. m., precisamente cuando estábamos descansando con nuestra bebé. Finalmente no hicieron la limpieza porque, según nos indicaron, su horario de trabajo terminaba a las 3:00 p. m. Es difícil entender cómo un servicio de limpieza puede funcionar de esta manera en un hotel.

La situación más decepcionante ocurrió al momento del check-out. Debido a un retraso de nuestro vuelo y teniendo una bebé con nosotros, solicitamos poder permanecer en la habitación hasta las 12:00 p. m. La respuesta fue negativa y se nos indicó que, sin excepción, debíamos entregar la habitación a las 11:00 a. m. Consideramos que esta falta de flexibilidad, especialmente ante una situación ajena a nosotros y viajando con una bebé, demuestra una atención al cliente bastante deficiente.

En general, la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo que esperábamos de un hotel. La falta de accesibilidad, las condiciones de la habitación, el horario y manejo del servicio de limpieza y, sobre todo, la falta de consideración ante nuestra situación durante el check-out hacen que no sea un hotel que recomendaríamos.
