it was ok but hair dryer & plug to recharge phone in the common area would have been great

Cons:

I was charged extra for my daughter that showed up for one night - nowhere else in Colombia did we have to pay more for her. We thus needed 3 bath towels. We never got the 3rd.

Magnífica Experiencia y Atención
Pros:

La atención del personal es absolutamente cordial y formal. Dado que el viaje era por la empresa, tuvieron la disposición de esperar los viáticos, a pesar de que la reserva fue sobre la hora. El acceso a zonas comerciales y culturales, restaurantes, etc. fue absolutamente segura y agradable.
