Очень шумный холодильник.
Плохая шумоизоляция. Рядом находится больница, слышны сирены, в 2 часа ночи приезжает мусоровоз, слышны шаги и голоса гостей.
La habitación es grande y muy equipada. El hotel es lindo y pequeño y está ubicado en una calle tranquila pero cerca de pequeños restaurantes.
Las almohadas podrían ser más cómodas o tener fundas de algodón y no poliéster plástico. El desayuno podría ser más completo, no todas las opciones a elegir contemplan proteína y las porciones muy pequeñas.
La estación es muy buena. El desayuno de los mejores. Todo limpio y organizado. Muy buen espacio también para trabajar.

Great location by trendy Quinta Camacho and Zona G in a walkable area, but also close enough to the grittier (but safe) areas around Lourdes to make it feel like real Bogotá. Great for a couple in their mid 20s to early 40s. The attached restaurant has a lovely vibe when you go for breakfast. Andres at the front desk was really helpful and lovely to chat to.
They're still putting a few finishing touches on the hotel (e.g. there were brackets/spaces for soap holder in the shower, full length mirror) but that didn't impact our stay and will be done soon I'm sure.
O lugar e muito bonito e aconchegante, limpo, cama muito confortável e chuveiro bem quentinho. O café da manhã é incrível, servido no restaurante anexo ao hotel, que também é um ótimo lugar para tomar um vinho a noite.
Estávamos em casal e só havia uma toalha disponível, solicitei mais uma na recepção e me falaram que logo levariam, estou até hoje esperando. Também não havia papel higiênico suficiente nem para o primeiro dia e precisei solicitar. Ficamos hospedados duas noites e não teve serviço de camareira, ou seja, a única toalha que tivemos que compartilhar precisou ser usada dois dias. O hotel tem estrutura muito boa, mas o serviço precisa melhorar bastante.

La habitación olia un poco a pintura. Mejorar la información de los horarios del restaurante. Nos quedamos sin papel de baño, pedimos en recepción y tampoco tenían, nos dieron uno que tenían casi por terminar en recepción.

Die Lage ist super, sehr sicher. Das Morgenessen ist auch gut. Alles war sehr sauber, das Zimmer wurde auch jeden Tag gereinigt.
Das Bett war unbequem. Die Matratze durchgelegen.

- small details in the room (such as missing kettle, despite having a kitchenette with lots of other equipment or improper fixation of the shower handle) that I also mentioned to the staff upon checkout and that could be fixed very easily
- when paying extra for late checkout (50% of the room rate), it could be a bit more generous like 19:00/20:00 (here one had to check out *strictly* at 17:30)
- sound insulation is not the best (just some one-layered glass towards the street) - although the area around the hotel is not a particularly noisy area, whenever there is noise from the street it can be heard
- breakfast (in the adjacent restaurant) is rather basic - one can choose from a small menu and breakfast will be prepared on the spot

Escada para subir ao quarto (fiquei no 4o andar), o que é um problema se tiver “mal de altura” nos primeiros dias, não dão sabonete para a pia do banheiro, apenas um líquido que fica preso no chuveiro, as toalhas não tinham boa qualidade e a parede do banheiro não vai até o teto, o que é bem inconveniente
Me encanto el diseño del lugar, el restaurante y el desayuno estuvo delicioso, ubicación ideal.
Lindo lugar, el desayuno estaba rico, el personal fue amable,la habitación da a un pequeño parque que en las mañanas se puede oír las aves cantar, silencioso y tranquilo para pasar un tiempo en pareja.
No tiene ascensor y nos tocó en un piso 3, creo que no lo vi en ningún lugar de cuando reserve, la habitación no cuenta con espejo para verse mientras uno se viste, solo está el de el baño.
La atencion del personal, el desayuno super excelente y la limpieza del alojamiento
