Hotel Morúa was a great stop during our trip to recharge. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. The staff was very helpful and kind, and although the pool is not very deep, it was perfect for cooling off and unwinding.
Breakfast was also good.
The room and the spaces
Not sensible communication. I planned my stay with more than 3 months in advance and requested a permission for pictures, which was confirmed. 3 days before my arrival they called and mentioned that a wedding was planned in advance and pictures were not allowed. And mentioned that they called me to let me know in advance.
No water in the rooms, when we arrived.
As it was also my wedding and some pics were for my wedding, it brought some unnecessary stress. At the end, the wedding the mentioned was super small. They should have managed it better and avoid stress to their guests.
Better coordintation and internal communication should be done.

Todo ha estado excelente, la ubicación, las instalaciones, el servicio, la comida, la habitación, todo estuvo muy bien, cumpliendo todas las expectativas.
La habitación tiene un minibar, sin embargo, estaba vacío, ni una botellita de agua, ni forma de tener café, todo esto tocaba directamente con restaurante. Podría tener mejor acceso a estas cositas básicas.

Mi esposa llamó un par de horas antes de llegar a hacer check in, informando que tenía un niño de 3 años dormido dentro del carro, solicitando adelantar documentación vía WhatsApp; se enviaron las identificaciones y al llegar al hotel, no prestó ninguna ayuda y le dió prioridad a un grupo de hombres que llegaron, dejándola esperar por más de 35 min, intenté llamar y el teléfono nunca lo contestaron

La amabilidad del personal y lo limpio
No había mucho que hacer, el salón de la parte de atrás con hamacas pero abandonado, no tienen juegos y tampoco una zona de café y la terraza resulta pequeña en temporadas altas

El hotel es excepcional. El mejor de la zona de lejos. Muy completo y perfecto para estar con niños.
El servicio de restaurante puede mejorar. Los tiempos para sacar la comida son muy largos. Es un tema menor porque el hotel fue excelente
