Personal excepcional, lo recomiendo!
Pros:

Le pongo un 10 porque el personal fue excelente. Tanto la chica de recepción como la chica que se encarga del desayuno fueron amables, atentas y atendieron nuestras peticiones con gusto. El hotel es bonito y la atención muy buena.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero tienen lo necesario para una corta estancia y así conocer la ciudad.

Excellent emplacement pour ce petit hôtel joliment décoré.
Personnel très aimable, attentionné et courtois
Salle de bains très convenable
Les nuits ont finalement été calmes entre 23 heures et 7 heures

Cons:

Absence d’isolation phonique
Impossible de suspendre des vêtements.
Exiguïté de la chambre, peu compatible avec nos valises

Colorato, super instagrammabile ma camere piccole
Pros:

Hotel molto carino in una location super. Le camere sono molto colorate, carine ma piccole con la finestra sul corridoio (magari solo le camere che avevamo noi). Non ho potuto valutare la colazione perché siamo andati via presto. Segnalo che non ha aria condizionata ma non è stato un problema (mese di agosto).

Camere piccole, senza finestra con aria fresca.

Mooi kleurig hotelletje!
Pros:

Schoon, goede locatie, veilig, goede bedden. Maar veel kamers hebben geen raam , alleen naar de gang. Daar moet je geen probleem mee hebben.

Cons:

De ramen, maar was bekend, voor 1 nacht prima!

bien situé au centre de Guatapé, à 10 minutes de tuk-tuk de la Piedra
hôtel récent, propre et confortable même si la chambre est un peu petite
l'idée des couleurs est sympa

Cons:

la fenêtre donne dans le couloir donc difficile de faire baisser la température de la chambre (par contre c'est très calme)

Absolutamente todo! Las atenciones increíbles, las habitaciones, el desayuno súper completo y riquísimo! Definitivamente si volvemos a Guatape este será nuestro lugar seguro. Ojalá tuvieran un hotel en cada ciudad de Colombia! Muchas gracias por todo ♥️

Buena ubicación

Cons:

Mi habitación en concreto daba al ascensor y la ventana se podía abrir desde fuera por lo que no daba la sensación de seguridad ya que todo el mundo pasaba por al lado.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado cerca del centro y el personal es muy amable. Sin embargo las habitaciones son muy pequeñas

Cons:

Las paredes son muy finas y se escucha todo, ademas las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas y la unica ventana que tienen da al pasillo del hotel.
