"Buena atención y ubicación, pero fallas críticas en limpieza y amenidades.
Pros:

El Hotel Ofix tiene puntos fuertes como su personal de recepción, la facilidad para reservar tours y una ubicación céntrica, aunque que algunas zonas se sienten lejanas y solitarias de noche. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas antes del check-in, lo cual agradecemos.

Cons:

No obstante, nos decepcionó que no limpiaran la habitación y que no contáramos con amenidades básicas como el shampoo, encontrando solo jabón. Tuvimos que invertir tiempo y dinero en comprar lo necesario, lo cual no fue ideal.

Desde que reservamos el mismo dia a las 10PM la atencion fue formidable, nos dieron una habitacion confortable y amplia para nuestra mascota, el parqueadero cubierto y amplio, todo bien

Cons:

Se puede mejorar el Aseo de las habitaciones, ya que no cambiaban las toallas a pesar de que se pedia, y en 2 ocasiones no nos limpiaron la habitacion ni dejaron Jabon, ni Papel higienico

No lo recomiendo excepto por la ubicación

La zona y el acceso a la ciudad

Cons:

La cama es dura , no tiene una silla para el caso de que no quieras estar acostado todo el tiempo , no tiene un tapete frente a la cama , se escucha el ruido del pasillo de los demás y el último día no pusieron papel higiénico y costoso para todo lo que le falta .
