Location was spot on . All the staff we encountered were very friendly & helpful particularly as we were staying with our small dog.
Breakfast was good value , a clean environment & enough choice.
The shower was it meant to be a wet room ?
But this did not hinder our stay.
Excellent value for money had a lovely sea view which we did pay for. Lovely breakfast only down side was not a comfortable place to have a drink other than that would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
Cleanliness lovely breakfast and excellent location for walking either to Torquay or along the coast to brixham. Only downside bit afraid to take the car just incase we couldn’t get a space when we returned because of first come first serve.

Great location and parking.
Decorated very well, light, warm and modern.
Shower was a bad design as there was no door or screen to stop the water pouring onto the floor.
View from room, although the glass was filthy
The lady on reception desk was very hard to understand, and when asked to repeat, she became very loud and came across quite aggressive! The edges on carpets throughout the building and the carpet in our room were stained and also very dusty, The window glass was also dirty with lips marks on inside, The TV wasn't a smart TV! Lack of sugar and teabags in room! No bags in bins in rooms and bins were dirty! We couldn't sleep as the room was ridiculously hot with no windows to open to cool down and couldn't adjust the room temp below 19°, Pillows were to soft!
Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were spotless
Two things, first there is no telephone in the rooms which as a lone traveller there is no way to communicate to reception in an emergency situation, and two, the air con was constantly blowing and it was very cold in the room and the control on the wall kept saying it was centrally controlled! I didn't report this as I was afraid they would then put the heating on and I don't like to be too hot and there would still be no way of me controlling it
