All hotel staff were very helpful and friendly room was very comfortable and relaxing with the brilliant sea view.

It would probably be quite good.But we drove around Paignton for four hours trying to get to the hot

The hotel could have informed us that the whole front was shut of for traffic.we were driving around Paignton for four hours not very happy by then

Declining quality and staff need training
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Quality has declined since last visit, staff were particularly poor, struggling with the most simple queries and instructions and not dealing with any issues, seemingly just fobbing customers off (noted other customers having issues also)

Room size and room facilities excellent, apart from the broken air con. Fab location.

Cons:

Air con was broken. I note from previous reviews from the week before our stay the air con was broken then and obviously hadnt been fixed. Not acceptable during the summer months. The room was uncomfortably warm and stuffy and each morning I woke with a sore throat and headache.

The location is great for the beach, pier, shops and train station.

Cons:

Only 1 coffee machine at breakfast for everyone to use! Some days unable to find a seat to eat breakfast. Parking at the hotel is an extra £15 a day and there's not enough spaces. Only one lift working for the whole hotel. Air con in your room you can't change as its set for the whole hotel.
