Hotel overpriced for value received
Pros:

The property was perfectly located in Oxford with everything in walking distance. Ladies at front desk extremely pleasant and welcoming.

Cons:

Extremely expensive for the facilities offered. If I am paying Four Seasons rates my expectation is much higher. Pillows in bedroom very hard.

Pros:

We were particularly pleased with the bar, the drinks selection and the service. We also found the hotel to be modern, well designed and very functional, and we genuinely enjoyed our time there.

Cons:

We experienced quite a lot of noise coming from directly above Room 319. I am not sure what is located on the floor above or whether the noise was simply coming from other guests, but unfortunately it was loud enough to disturb us at times.
