Gorąca polecam, nikt nie będzie zawiedziony.
Pros:

Przepiękny hotel z klasą. Polecam jeżeli ktoś będzie w Liverpoolu. Wygodne łóżko, przemiła obsługa i wnętrza w starym stylu.

Beautiful hotel, another heritage building saved.
Pros:

This historic property has been very well retrofitted into a high-end hotel. The staff are extremely well trained and really make you feel welcome. The public spaces are grand and beautifully decorated. Dining and cocktail area just beautiful. We enjoyed a lovely dinner and several cocktails which were well prepared. Our room (237) was very comfortable and good use of space, nicely decorated. Minor issue with waste cans (see below)

Cons:

Two things about the room that were off. First, there was only one small garbage can and it was in the bathroom. Not convenient and while it sounds silly, seemed an oversite . Second, the towel warmer was up so high I couldn't hang my bath towel on it and I'm 5'6". It was placed above the high ledge and could have easily been on the opposite wall. Generally I like to reuse my towel but it went on the floor everyday. This is a fairly new property and just a few tweaks to make it excellent/

Excellent facilities and friendly and efficient staff.
Pros:

Location, good use of an historic Liverpool building, excellent friendly staff.

Cons:

The restaurant, has a central marbled counter area that was used by staff for dishes paperwork etc, this looked untidy and could be seen by most of the tables in that area.

Felt like I had been ripped off and I won’t be staying there again
Pros:

Property is beautiful

Cons:

Once I booked my intention was to use the pool and its facilities in the hotel. When I asked to use the pool they said it would cost us £50 each. I thought the pool was part of the booking and couldn’t believe they wanted an extra £100 off me. Thought I was being ripped off. Then I stood at the bar, one pint of Guinness and a G & T cost £21:45 and when I looked at the bill they had put a £2:41 surcharge on. I thought it was ridiculous as I was standing there at the bar. If it would’ve been brought over to me at my seat I could’ve accepted that. I don’t mind paying for anything but I do mind feeling like I’ve been ripped off. Very disappointed
