A very comfortable stay in central location.
Pros:

Comfortable and spacious rooms - lovely high ceilings. Appreciated the air conditioning in the rooms. Breakfast and bar area were light and airy.

Cons:

There was a spa which guests had to pay separately for - spa access is usually included as part of the stay.

Staff where absolutely amazing, so polite and lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are spotless and beds are some of the comfiest i’ve ever been in. Close, walking distance to Bold Street, Liverpool One and other areas! Great choice for my birthday hotel

Overpriced and dirty.

Good location.

Cons:

Felt dirty and understaffed. The reception staff were friendly, but the spa staff were quite dismissive. They wanted to charge £50 to use the pool - crazy. There was other guests food throughout the corridors, and the main bars tables weren’t cleaned, with drinks left. The room was very small and hot, and the bathroom smelt of drains. Definitely not worth the money.
