Pros:

I liked it—it’s clean, beautiful, and reasonably priced, and the location is good. Although the mattress wasn't exactly soft—well, you can't have everything—it was still perfectly adequate. Plus, the breakfast is free; we’re very grateful for that. I’ll certainly stay at this hotel again. Thanks to the management and the owner—who clearly didn't skimp on the investment; if I'm not mistaken, it's one of the best of the budget-friendly options in Ilford.

I apologize for the negative comment I left earlier regarding your staff member, who left me in the heat and unable to sleep.

Cons:

I checked in at 9:00 PM, but twenty minutes later, the air conditioning still wasn't working. I went to the front desk to ask for help, explaining that it was very hot; since the room had no windows, the heat built up and made it hard to sleep. The receptionist told me to wait, but he never showed up. By 4:30 AM, I had to go back to the front desk. Thank God there was a different staff member on duty—someone very understanding and professional. I explained what had happened with the previous shift's colleague, who simply hadn't wanted to work and had preferred to stay on his phone chatting and laughing.

it's okay.
Pros:

good shower, clean towels every day, located close to the train station

Cons:

the carpet could have used some vaccuming, bit loud during the night - street in the front, fans from air conditioning in the back.
bed sheets not the cleanest, some chairs would have been nice

Great stay. Have been a few times now and will continue
Pros:

Great location for train. Ideal for solo traveller on business. Rooms very clean. Staff very helpful. Night rate was very affordable
