Pros:

Me encanto que hay café, tetera microondas azúcar te y demás comodidades. La ducha es genial con agua caliente y con toallas muy suaves. Otro punto a resaltar es la cama y el TV que para mí gusto están perfectos. Me gusto que nos ayudaron para dejar nuestras maletas en el alojamiento después del check out, cosa que agradezco mucho

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue el olor de los baños, no se porque pero era asqueroso, aunque estaba limpio, el olor muy feo. Otro punto a resaltar es que no se nos avisó que el edificio estaba en remodelación en la parte de afuera, por lo que hubo obras de construcción desde las 7am que no nos dejaron dormir

A clean and confortable stay with a lot of extras for a very good price
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was a bonus surprise, totally unexpected for the price. E cellent location.
Checking in was very straightforward as never experienced a non staffed hotel before but worked perfectly

Cons:

I have nothing to add as there were no dislikes

Pros:

Good location, just outside the city centre.
Spotless room with a nice shower.
Great value for money.
Staff organised early check-in with zero fuss or hassle.

Would recommend and walkable distance to town centre
Pros:

Great communication with clear check in details (no reception) and eaely check in coordinated easily. At reception and in room generous amount of tea, coffee and water; also free drink/snack items. Good size room, bathroom and comfy beds

1- Beds is too rough and you feel like you are sleeping over metal bars..
2- toilet in room 4 was stinky so badly which is we couldn't go to sleep and we ended up to put some covers over our noses.. but thanks to the housekeeper she moved us to another room..
3- Room 11 has building work outside and kids couldn't go to sleep from 7 am and onwards because of that's much of drilling and banging on the walls..
4- OVER ALL THE WHOLE BUILDING IS COVERED UP BY BUILDERS SCAFFOLDING AND YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE THE OUTSIDE AT ALL..
5- AND IF I KNEW THAT THERE'S WORKS ON THE BUILDING I WON'T EVEN THINK TO BOOK IT..

Value for money in a great location
Pros:

Great location. Check in was as described. Value for money compared to other properties available. A help yourself breakfast in lobby was a nice touch.

Cons:

Bed wasn’t that comfortable. We had to have window open as room was stuffy and there was a far amount of noise from outside which disturbed sleep a little. As room was underground there wasn’t a great amount of natural light.
