Lovely visit to Manchester to watch a show, perfect location of hotel but not the cleanliness.
Pros:

Really lovely hotel, relaxing decor, lovely welcoming staff. Great location. Two couples staying in separate rooms had the same problem with cleanliness.

Cons:

The rooms were really lovely but not exactly to a good standard of cleanliness. Dust on door trims, skirting boards, splashes on wall in bathroom and towel rail was dirty, behind sink was slimy and there was black mould in corner of the shower. Real shame as the hotel is in a great location and the staff were 5*
Friend dropped her earring behind the bedside cabinet and as she retrieved it her arm was covered in dust. Accumulated dust around carpet edges.
Bed linen spotless and general surfaces had been cleaned but not the detail.

Naprosto perfektní poloha hotelu, přímo v centru. Nádherný rooftop bar s výhledem na město a západ slunce. Personál neskutečně milý a nápomocný. Vynikající snídaně. Jednoznačně doporučuji pro pobyt ve městě!

Amazing with a beautiful room
Pros:

This was such a beautiful room we originally had booked the standard room but upgraded just before the trip to the club room as it was for my birthday and wow it was amazing we arrived at 1pm the room was ready the man on the front desk was very friendly and helpful it exceeded expectations and had the most amazing bed we stopped on the top floor for cocktails before we went out a great view with the most amazing drinks menu the whole experience gets a 10/10 from me
