Room was too dark, lighting was a joke.
Rooftop bar staff were really poor - slow and didn’t know how their own PoS system worked
Very well appointed room and facilities
The hotel is very nice, great decor, lovely staff, kind gesture with free cocktails!
Disappointed in not having the room cleaned up, they had gone out for most of the day, when coming back it was done, only 1 hand towel given and 1 bath towel. 2 people staying in a double bed, that was not correct.
Sadly few marks on the walls in room but that didn't bother them, they just said it's such a lovely hotel they didn't expect this.
Very central to bars and restaurants
Could have maybe had a stocked mini bar in the room.

The decoration was nice and up market and the roof bar is a lovely space
I wanted a coffee from the bar but they’d stopped serving everywhere in the hotel, not a brew in sight. Also we were on the ground floor and it was super noisy, which meant we didn’t sleep much - so much so we left early (7.45am) to get an earlier train home. Won’t be staying again.

The hotel was modern and clean with friendly staff.
Traffic noise.
The room we chose was marketed as having views, however, due to construction works on the building opposite, the only views were of scaffolding and workers.
The bed was so comfy, the decor amazing and the full enflish breakfast was absolutely delicious
only one moan, we had to sleep with one ceiling spotlight on, none of the light switches wouls switch it off
