Pros:

Good location within easy reach of supermarket, town and canal-side walk, plenty of free parking, large room.

Cons:

Room was hot, very large windows which only open a few inches so hard to get any air in, curtains had been left open despite very warm day so room had been heated by the sun and there was no fan.

Clean, spacious bedroom dog friendly. Staff were fantastic nothing was too much much trouble, great buffet breakfast
, has an evening meal was also great .

Pros:

We stay here every year, and this year has been no exception to the warm welcome, friendly staff and warm environment.
The entrance area and bar/breakfast area has changed massively since last year.....what an amazing uplift!
We will be back soon. 5 stars as always

You get what you pay for if it’s just somewhere to lay your head it’s alright.
Pros:

The renovated areas were amazing and the staff were unbelievably helpful. It was a great touch how comfy the reception and dining area was including the pool table.

Cons:

The value for money was great but you get what you pay for our room we unfortunately very dated and therefore quite dirty with age related marks and peeling wall paper but it’s what you expect for the price. I can’t comment on the renovated rooms as we required and accessible room and therefore that wasn’t yet renovated, would like to see it once it is though. The main downside was some of the food was way too over seasoned the gammon was bad and even the breakfast hash browns were salty.
