Riktigt stort rum för tre vuxna, en rejäl enkelsäng och en dubbelsäng.
Toaletten var stor och rymlig. Enkelt att parkera på baksidan.
Vi köpte till frukosten, men dessvärre var inget nygjort utan allt micrades upp ev att ägget var nystekt. Vi var de enda i matsalen.
Maten blev inte tillräckligt varm, däremot blev tallriken skållhet. Fick betala 8 GPD och tyvärr slängdes det mesta.
Vi fick be om juice och kaffe.

Everything.the place was very run down and shody our room was like a cell .grey and dirty the bathroom was very moulding the toilet seat was broken as was the sink tap.The bed did have clean bedding but it was damp and the mattress was saggy and dipped in the middle.Thre carpet was stained (we kept our shoes on)The hotel is in the middle of road improvements we were booked for 2nights but got up early on the 2nd morning (5am) and left (we had paid) because we weren't sleeping We asked about food on the first night,I am a celiac the receptionist had no idea what that is (I can't eat gluten) the choice was burgers and chips or chicken in bread crumbs.The car park was rough and had lots of litter on it

The family of cats including kittens reminded me of being on holiday abroad

Its a horrible location. The building is in very poor condition. The entrance to the reception is via a dark and dirty corridor. The rooms looked grubby and the linen was grey. We refused to stay and checked into another hotel.
There was not much to like at this property
This property is run down. There is a sign on the front stating under new management it is like a motel. This property looked derelict on arrival. We checked in and shown to our property we did not stay due to how run down it was. The window catch was broken meaning window could not be locked, the property was not clean and need of redecorating. The curtain was hanging off, the pillows were all clumpy and bathroom not clean. The outside space to get to the property was run down and had to be carful as slabs were lifted, there was a kitten sat on a chair outside another property.
We spoke to reception to let them know it was not acceptable and asked for a refund which was declined. We had to book somewhere else to stay. A complaint has been raised with booking.com

Easy to get to and fairly local to Duxford. Near by supermarket and fast food outlets. Quiet and away from busy traffic.
The property looks very tired and not particularly inviting. The room, though clean and tidy, was extremely basic. All electrical sockets are at floor level, so any electrical items have to sit on the floor unless they have a long lead. The bathroom has no shelving or hooks, so toiletries have to sit on the sink or toilet cistern.
Staff were helpful and kind.
Wasn’t very busy. Flies in the room. I killed 6 before i went out and there were a few in the night.
Family run energy, and super helpful staff. We loved our stay, so much we've booked again for next weekend 🙌
