Dirty hotel, people clearly had been smoking in the room prior to my stay. Looks nothing like photos. The water was cloudy and just felt uncomfortable my whole stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel centrally located
Pros:

Location excellent, breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Air con came in handy during our stay as sunshine made an appearance

Cons:

Curtains need replacing as are thin and do not keep sun out. Shower adequate but could be replaced by power shower.

In the main a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Fantastic location . We had a sea view room overlooking the harbour

Pros:

Excellent location overlooking the marina and close to all amenities. The manager/owner was friendly and accommodating. Our rooms had everything we needed. It offers great value for money if you’re on a budget.

Great location and good breakfast
Pros:

We were greeted well and the gentleman carried my bag up to our room. The breakfast option was really good value and enjoyable

Massively overpriced – no hot water for showers(!); no apology or compensation

The reception staff were really friendly

The room we were originally given had not been cleaned, so we had to be moved... The new room door latch was faulty, but workable. We felt our patience was being tested, then discovered there was NO HOT WATER(!) for a shower – and when we reported it, the staff said they knew (just hadn't mentioned it), and were "trying to get it fixed". It was not fixed by the time we left. £185 for two nights is just wildly overpriced; we were not offered any kind of refund or compensation for a very basic failure. Freezing cold showers after spending time on the beach/ in the sea is really a horrible experience! (Music from local bars goes on until 2am, which we were fine with honestly but may disturb other travellers)
