Pros:

My family and I love it so much because it was connected to IOI city mall. It was soooooo convenient to travel to the mall for shopping, food and others.

My daughter truly loves the concept of arcade at the lobby. Playing the games provided before going anywhere else in the morning became a routine.

All in all, the hotel is very hype and chic.

Great design in a good location
Pros:

Right next to IOI city mall which was what we wanted
All sorts of things going on in the reception area
Cool view from the rooftop bar
The staff were helpful and went the extra mile to help us celebrate a family birthday
The design is cool- quite unique
The room was comfortable and well laid out for the size
I’d recommend this hotel

Cons:

Reception area a bit noisy but you cannot hear from room

Pros:

You should provide a lot more varieties for breakfast buffet. I love how the hotel attached to the IOI Mall, so convenient! Will plan for my next stay soon.

Worth the value.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Lots of food to choose from plus the unlimited SB or Nescafe coffee… perfect for a coffee lover like me. The hotel itself including my room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staffs were hospitable and very assistive. Overall, it is worth the value.
