Important information:

The hotel is currently undertaking the construction of a new commercial annex building located outside the main hotel building, which will be connected via a link bridge. The project is scheduled to commence in March 2026 and is targeted for completion by December 2026. The hotel remains fully operational; however, minor disturbances may occasionally occur in Deluxe and Pearl Suite Without Balcony rooms located near the adjacent structure during approved working hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM). Mitigation measures, including room reassignment and upgrades (subject to availability), are in place to ensure guest comfort.

'Complimentary One-way Hotel-to-Hospital transfer is available exclusively for guests staying two (2) consecutive nights or more.
The transfer service operates twice daily at 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM and is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to vehicle availability.

De medewerkers waren super lief en behulpzaam. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamer zijn lekker groot en heerlijk schoon. En het bed lag echt heeerlijk.

Cons:

Ik had graag een oatmilk koffie willen kunnen bestellen. Maar er zijn rondom het hotel veel lekkere koffietentjes.

Did not disappointed. I would rate this hoel among the very best - including those in USA.
Pros:

The food, the services, staff friendliness, the room, the close proximity to the cultural and art district. Hotel foods are excellent and not too pricy. Overall it is great.

Amazing stay in George Town
Pros:

Fabulous. We should have stayed longer instead of moving to the Hard Rock Resort.
Pros:

The George was excellently located with great amenities.
The two ladies on the front desk were exceptional

The room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was beautiful and the building itself was fabulous.

Cons:

If I had to be nitpicky I would say the breakfast buffet could be improved - but that said it is decent and decent value so I am being very critical.

The Malaysian Hospitality. Front desk manager Elan has been very helpful in every way possible to give us the best guests experience .

Central location and very comfortable
Pros:

The location in George Town was amazing! The hotel was very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was good. We alternated between the hotel breakfast, Chow Rasta market and coffee houses on the street.

Cons:

Such a beautiful swimming pool but so cold. I love swimming but found the pool too cold to really enjoy it. Please get this pool heated!
