We only stayed for one night before our flight, but the hotel was exactly what we needed for a convenient airport stopover. The location is excellent, being very close to KLIA Airport, which makes transfers quick and stress-free.
The room was comfortable and clean, featuring the modern industrial-style design that is typical of Ibis Styles hotels. The property also has a nice pool area that looked inviting, although unfortunately we did not have enough time to use it during our short stay.
Overall, it is a practical and reliable choice for travelers who need accommodation near the airport.
We did not encounter any major issues during our stay. Since we were only there for one night before an early flight, we did not have enough time to fully experience all of the hotel's facilities.

Well appointed and very comfortable hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, particularly I liked the living salad bar. Very much appreciated the complementary 10 minute massage and I would have booked myself for a longer one if I had been staying for a longer period.
There were confusing messages about the free shuttle service from the airport. On my Booking.com information it clearly stated there was no shuttle service, but the hotel does have a free shuttle service.
The location close to the airport was fantastic and the shuttle bus service great. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and the place has a lovely pool!
The sound proofing of the rooms (lots of inconsiderate people standing outside talking) and room doors need soft closures.

For the price, very good value for a place to stay before a late flight or early morning flight. Very good bus connections to all parts of London just outside the door.
i want to mention that Mohan was very helpful when I had suitcase zip malfunction. He solved the problem by sourcing the right tools and coming to the room and doing it for me. Excellent service!⁹
