Room was great, but avoid the restaurant
Pros:

It was clean and functional for a night’s stay while in transit.
The airport shuttle was convenient.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant was terrible and the service was even worse. Very disappointing!

Pros:

Rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is big, for both adults and children. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices for everyone.
The hotel is spacious and better than some Ibis Styles we stayed in Europe.

Cons:

The hotel is not really located at a walkable distance from KLIA. They offer a bus but there's one every hour.

Muy práctico para hacer escala en KL
Pros:

Está muy bien para hacer escala en el aeropuerto de KL. Además tiene servicio de surttle al aeropuerto.
Está limpio y es un lugar muy tranquilo.

Cons:

El colchón quizás demasiado duro y la almohada muy alta para mi gusto. Por lo demás, bien.
