Secondo anno in questa struttura e sono state migliorate, a mio avviso, le poche cose migliorabili, che erano legate al cibo. Posto incredibile sotto tutti i punti di vista, sia per i ristoranti, che per le spiagge, che per piscine e per le camere, sempre pulite perfettamente. Considerando le altre strutture presenti sulle isole, alcune con anche prezzi maggiori, non ci sono confronti. personale molto gentile.
Quest’anno abbiamo percepito più persone alla romantic beach, esterne all’albergo. Spero che a lungo andare tutte quelle barche in arrivo non rovinino il mare e allontanino i pesci come successo a Long beach, ormai un porto.
Our stay at the Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa was absolutely flawless - we loved everything about it! The beaches surrounding the resort are stunning, with pristine white sand and crystal - clear water. We stayed active throughout our trip and highly recommend the activities here. The hiking trails offered breathtaking views, and kayaking near the island was an incredible experience. Another absolute highlight was the sunset cruise - the views were spectacular and it was a truly magical experience.The food was another major highlight. Every meal was delicious, from the rich and diverse breakfast spread to the excellent dinner options.A special, heartfelt thank you goes to the Kids Club team. The staff member there was absolutely amazing—so engaging, warm, and fantastic with the children. Our kids were absolutely thrilled and didn't want to leave!The rest of the staff were equally wonderful, polite, and always ready to help. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and will definitely be back!

La habitación es muy cómoda, baño muy amplio, muy limpio, muy bien atendido.
El acceso a Romantic Beach. En general lo tienen todo muy bien montado y las instalaciones están muy bien
El aire acondicionado de la habitación o se paraba y hacía mucho calor o caía muy fuerte directo sobre la cama. El gimnasio era pequeño y sin mucha equipación, aunque que hubiera gimnasio en Perhentians ya es algo diferencial.
La comida es un poco repetitiva. Cogimos el medio paquete con cenas pagando un extra y bueno... Sin más. Es cómodo porque no te tienes que mover del hotel, pero la comida no es lo mejor que tienen.
Por otra parte los precios son desorbitados para estar en Malasia. Tienen precios europeos incluso mayores que en España para algunos artículos.

Hotel qui en vaut le détour ! Propreté impeccable nourriture excellente le personnel est adorable toujours prêt à aider ! L’hôtel est situé un peu loin de long beach mais sinon il a un accès à romantic beach une des plus belle plages. Nous devions partir très tôt à 6h c’est une heure où il n’y a pas beaucoup de bateau ou le petit déjeuner n’est pas ouvert l’hôtel nous a donné un contact pour un bateau et nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur petite attention ils nous ont préparé des sacs avec des petits déjeuner pour le retour. Je recommande le Mariott sans hésiter !

Amazing stay at the Marriot, from pre arrival to departure all our needs were seen to. Particularly Zul looked after myself and my partner and provided amazing customer service throughout. Even ensuring we got our private transfer back to the mainland safely on the morning of departure. Every single member of staff was friendly and approachable with any problem, always a friendly hello when walking past ☺️
On arrival to the jetty in the morning we were advised we had to been upgraded to a villa for no extra charge! The villa was immaculate with stunning views of the sea.
The resort is large but marriot offer a free buggy service. Private beach on the resort but has access to long beach and romantic beach via a small walk where you can find water sports, snorkelling trips and restaurants.
Breakfast is very large buffet with every food you can think of. Restaurants on the resort were lovely and would highly recommend.
Zul is the best hospitality staff we have ever had and deserves a pay rise. Thank you so much Zul ☺️

Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa looks like an oasis from the moment you step in, especially compared to the resorts/accomodations on the other side of the Island on Long Beach. There are so many amenities and activities to choose from. We especially loved the beaches, and even though there are a lot of stairs to get to them, we really didn't mind.
Special thanks for the little surprise for our honeymoon; we really appreciated it.
The rooms are so spacious, also the balconies. Housekeeping cleaned every day, which was great considering we would also bring back sand from the beach.
Special shoutout to the bartenders at the Greatroom. You guys were the best and made us feel so welcome. Keep the good vibes going.
We had multiple problems with the service provided by the staff. Whenever we ordered room service, they would always forget something and bring it 40 mins later, after we had already finished eating.
On one of the days, we were refused lazy bags on Romantic Beach by an employee by the name of Daniel, with the excuse that they were done working for the day. However, there were other guests of the hotel who were using the lazy bags and continued to do so during the 1 and a half hours we were on the beach. And even though the employee said he was finishing work, he was still working during the time period that we were on the beach. When we confronted him, he simply didn't give us an answer and ignored us. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
We also had an unfortunate event where the staff promised to make arrangements for a buggy to puck is up early in the morning on our last day, but failed to do so, even though three separate people promised that everything was settled and we should just wait in front of the room. The buggy never came; we were late, and our whole day was ruined. We had to rush to breakfast and rush everywhere.
