Pros:

Habitación y baño enormes. Cama ultra cómoda. Water japonés. El complejo es muy grande pero te ayudan siempre en todo. Trato excelente. Puedes bajar a dos playas desde el hotel.

Camere eccezionali, anche il terzo letto per nostro figlio alto 180 cm era perfetto, solo leggermente duro.
Il brunch era disponibile fino alle 16.30 nella piscina adulti e fino alle 17.30 nell'altra piscina, cibo ottimo

Pros:

It’s very lovely and comfortable. The instructions were clear and comprehensive. The amenities were great the location also very good.

Cons:

The buggies take a long time sometimes. And some supplies were not provided until asked for.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The level of hospitality was truly exceptional. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care made the stay even more enjoyable.
The room was extremely clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard throughout my stay, making it a relaxing place to return to after a long day.
The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. The in-house restaurant was equally impressive, serving high-quality food with great service and a pleasant dining atmosphere.
A special mention goes to the ferry arrival and departure shuttle service. It was comfortable, well-organized, and always on time, making the transfer process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a seamless travel experience. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

My stay was excellent overall, and I would like to offer a suggestion that could make the guest experience even better.

It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider extending the buggy service all the way to the jetty, especially for guests carrying luggage or traveling with children. This added convenience would make transfers even more comfortable and seamless.

Additionally, introducing a boat shuttle service to Long Beach could be a great value-added service. Long Beach offers a wider range of activities, dining options, and access to transportation services to other islands. Providing a convenient shuttle connection would give guests more opportunities to explore the surrounding area while enhancing the overall resort experience.

These are simply suggestions for consideration, as my stay was otherwise very enjoyable and memorable. I appreciate the effort the hotel puts into providing excellent service and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Un cadre incroyable avec une île paradisiaque des plages de sable blanc, un resort avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour et qui s'intègre très bien dans ce décor de rêve. Mais la véritable force de ce resort vient du personnel tous plus gentils les uns que les autres.
