Host very obliging, room quiet despite being above the pub, location was good

Refrigerator would have been handy, bed against wall a bit tricky for us oldies

Useful one night stop en route north.

The room was very compact. You have to park on the road side. There is no food available on site.

Pretty village for a brief stopover.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean, letting bedroom with adequate en suite facilities. Although upstairs from a public bar , which was enjoyable to experience , the bedrooms were not infiltrated by any sound.

Cons:

The lack of breakfast or other food is unfortunate as this small village lacks other facilities The Earn coffee shop is excellent add a short drive away.

Great Landlady. Comfortable hotel.
Pros:

I showed up late, but Debbie was waiting for me. She opened the bar for me and we had a truly interesting chat. Very friendly, interesting, genuine, and accommodating. Would recommend the Earn Hotel.

Room only but enjoyable evening.
Pros:

Room only in a small, lively pub. On street parking nearby. Made to feel very welcome. Friendly,local bar. Restaurant just along the road, The Village Inn, worth booking ahead. Tea/coffee in room. Quiet room.

Cons:

Stairs could be tricky for elderly. No breakfast. We stopped further up the road later in the morning.

Pros:

Sehr netter freundlicher Empfang! Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Leider kein Restaurant, aber wir konnten im Pub eigenes Essen verzehren, da im Ort selber das einzige Restaurant ausgebucht war.
