Ein modernes, gut geführtes Hotel mit sehr gut geschultem Personal. Die zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage. Parkplatz in der Nähe.Das Frühstück war das Geld wert!!

Great location for the terminal
We paid for parking and still got a fine. We have had to jump through hoops to get it reversed. Wouldn’t stay again
Location and
We were put in a small double room with a bed that folded down from the wall. Access to one side was through a small gap which you could hardly squeeze through. I have stayed before and was satisfied but this room was not like the standard double described or booked.
Our second time staying at The Reach. We love the location, just around the corner from Piccadilly station and steps away from the bars and restaurants of the Northern Quarter. We had a free room upgrade, which was nice. Spotlessly clean room with all the usual amenities, and plenty of English Breakfast tea bags this time!
As we were about to leave our room on the first morning an alarm went off, and housekeeping staff couldn't work out why or how to turn it off. Lucky that we were heading out for the day, and it had been fixed by the time we returned.
What's not to like, great atmosphere, attentive staff and great amenities, thanks for experience. Second time we have been and changed hotel for the second visit due to the same service first time around.
Bar staff really good, room nice and location good.
Only 1 lift working, not good when coach loads of people trying to check in.
Breakfast terrible, certainly not worth the additional cost paid. Would not choose breakfast if stayed again.
Modern decor clean and convenient for railway station.
The cosy double room bed placement is crazy -it’s on a plinth which I stubbed my toe on regularly and it is placed in the room in such a way as to make access to both sides difficult. I’d seen some reviews about this aspect and assumed they were being picky and making a fuss about nothing. It turned out that they were right and it is an issue that needs addressing. It’s fine if the double room is occupied by a single traveller but it’s really awkward if there are two of you.

Camera pulita e spaziosa, pavimento in legno e bagno nuovo, ho apprezzato la possibilità di usare il balcone. Letto comodo. Colazione di ottima qualità, in parte a buffet e con piatto a scelta (buona l'english breakfast). La posizione è centrale e comodissima alla stazione Piccadilly e al North quartier (secondo me il più interessante della città).

The bed was sideways in the room so difficult for one of us to get in and out (very little gap at the bottom of the bed). Breakfast wasn't as goos as expected- eggs not cooked, white still clear, so unable to eat most of it and full English basic with wetherspoons quality food
