Pros:

Schönes neues Hotal nähe Picadilly. Sehr zweckmässig. Gute Betten. Gute Fenster (ruhig).

Cons:

Raum war gut aber nicht besonders sauber. Service am 2. Tag dauerte 5 min. Lobby/Bar ok.

Pros:

Very nice and tidy room. Bed comfy. Staff was really friendly, both in reception and at breakfast.
Very close to the train station.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy outside during the night.

Great location and very nicely designed hotel
Pros:

Great location. Very modern hotel. Excellent bathroom. Comfy bed. Good coffee in Room.

Cons:

Also a large pillar in the middle of the room that was very annoying and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I tried to logon several times and it kept saying there was an issue. I didn’t have enough time to go and sort it out at Reception.

Perfectly adequate for work trip accommodation.
Pros:

The location is great, there was clearly effort put into the overall design of the hotel and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

There was a lack of attention to detail. The design choices felt really intentional but there was a mop and brightly coloured bucket left out. The loo didn't have a brush. There was a piece of plastic left on my bedside table. There was an empty drinks bottle left on the balcony of the room. The menu didn't have very many non-fried options for someone wanting a clean salad or a light meal. Small details that would make it feel polished were missed.

Totally let down.
Cons:

They sold my room. Let me check my bag pre-check in, confirmed my room wasn’t quite ready. When i returned 11.30pm, my room was not available. Despite having a confirmation and payment taken, I had to negotiate a move to another hotel. Just to be clear, I’m a solo female traveller.

It was a total car crash.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was great and the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was huge. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The only negative was the strange layout of the room. You have to climb over the bed to access the window. However, this was not a big deal.
