Pros:

The One Breakfast
Cons:

The cooked breakfast was good but should have been called the one breakfast. You only got one piece of bacon, one sausage, one tomato and one mushroom etc.

Amazing & unforgettable
Pros:

Hotel itself was exceptional. One of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. My daughter and her friend loved their stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they all always took the time for a chat. Will definitely be back.

Pros:

Very nice hotel and attentive staff well located to the dock and Liverpool.

Cons:

Positioning of our room on floor 3 meant it was loud with music and people until about 1am from the venues located next to the hotel.

Pros:

Lovely hotel and very central. Staff were amazing. Special mention to Pete, the Concierge, who went above and beyond during our stay.

Not great value for money as paid around £750 for 2 nights!
Pros:

Beautiful presented hotel, lovely welcome on check in

Cons:

Great the gym has pelotons but weights were limited only one cable machine.

Full English breakfast was very poor quality ingredients badly cooked looked and tasted like it been kept warm for a couple of hours even though it was meant to be cooked to order. Continental selection was good

We loved our stay—beautiful décor, friendly staff, and a wonderful experience from start to finish.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail that made it feel really welcoming and stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. They really made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We've stayed at the Halyard before and loved it, so knew what to expect. And the team delivered
Pros:

The obvious stuff is that it's a lovely venue, good location for central Liverpool but easy to get to and park close-by too. But the more memorable bit is that the staff there are really friendly, helpful and that makes the halyard feel realy welcoming.

Can't really think of anything.
