Better quality and comfortable
Pros:

Comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. Nice selection of drinks and coffee in the room. Big shower.

A super hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

Staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, keen to provide information about the city, the locale and the hotel. Room was comfortable with excellent bed and bathroom. On the 4th floor overlooking Parr Street it was very quiet. Breakfast is reasonably priced given the quality of food and the range of options. Location is very good, any easy walk to the centre and the Albert Docks.

A fantastic, stylish hotel with a very comfortable room, a stunningly good shower and wonderful staf
