The room was very well equiped and laid out. Very comfortable.
The room was great, and a lot of effort had been put in to arrange it well. But, you realised it was a very small room, perfect for one, but I think it would be a bit cramped with two people.
Breakfast is a set menu and a big breakfast (therefore a bit pricey). A varied menu would have been better.
A lovely hotel made me feel very welcome as a.solo traveller. Was given a complimentary room upgrade. Staff warm and friendly. First visit to Liverpool and a great city. Excellent.
Only a couple of minor quibbles. Brought sourdough toast instead of brown. Also given incorrect restaurant bill but this was due to some confusion over my order. Sorted out quickly and politely. All in all an excellent experience.

The staff were second to none, went out of their way to welcome us to the hotel and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Outstanding!

The staff. Hotels are just bricks and mortar, staff can make the difference between a good and bad experience. Your staff were great. The reception and the greeters were excellent. At breakfast you had a cheery 'good morning' and very attentive polite service. Even the cleaners were always happy and always said hello.
Also the position of the hotel was good. Not on the front where you catch all the weather and close to bars and restaurants.
Hanging space in the room and the number of coat hangers. It would have been OK for a quick overnight stay, but for a few days not enough space for our cloths.

There are a couple of bars near that at the weekend can be loud late into the evening, so higher floor is better

Breakfast was good and great selection of continental and the evening meal was superb! Good quality! Hotel very clean and modern! Room excellent! Really good Customer service on arrival and during Evening meal and breakfast.
Air conditioning in room could have been better. Got quite warm in room.
